March 14th update has been posted to the OP. It was a victorious day today guys. We went neck-and-neck right before the MintPal deadline and if it wasn't for the support of this great community, we wouldn't have made it.

Our goals at this point are twofold: Further development of Zeitcoin & raising awareness for this movement.

The Zeitcoin team is dedicated to achieving both of these objectives and are asking for support. We will start to roll out the promotional plan for Zeitcoin in the next few days which will largely be community-focused. In the meantime, simply re-posting articles/videos about Zeitcoin in social media groups & communities and talking about ZEIT in other threads helps us grow and get stronger as a group.

There are bright times ahead for the Zeitcoin family, all we ask for is patience and assistance so we can build this into a success for us all.

The last solved block was 10 days ago! You need to know when to let go and join a bigger pool. You were wasting 10 days of ZEIT coins that will only get less and less every week.

By the way with that kind of speed 3.7 MH/s it will take you more than 12 hours average to solve a block. Long time, especially since there are a few pools that solve blocks every 2 or so minutes.

Edit: Pool speed dropped to 1.78 MH/s - you might as well just try your luck solo mining before joining this pool.

There are times when we need team spirit, but you need to see the bigger picture. The time we can mine ZEIT is limited to 6 weeks only and block reward halving every week. You need to think about yourself before thinking about keeping a pool alive. Go mine ZEIT at pools that find frequently blocks. zeit.dedicatedpool.com & zeit.hashstrike.com find very regularly blocks. Try to avoid hashstrike, because they are already too big.

it would take a hit of 15-20mh/s initials, and then add power as our ...
but starting with little power will not get you anywhere, no one spends free energy ... best wishes and good luck to the pool

I am only mining solo and have much better results than in pools.

I think pools do not really add all the mining power efficiently.

seriously, all ZEIT pools seem to have huge percentages over 100... 110%, 120% or more

if you mine solo, you at least are not reliant on pools messing up some configurations or being DDOSed

that said, if you only have 1MH, you better find a pool
