Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

All wallets <2.0.1.5 are affected. That's why the name of our thread starts with MANDATORY UPDATE for the last 2 months. Smiley

But it's my fault, readme at github needs an update.

Done. https://github.com/zeitcoin/zeitcoin

I will send you the rest. Please gimme your addresses. (for the confirmation process).

Shocked
WOW

Does anyone know if he would like to Adopt a Kiklo for a Foster Child.
Never hurts to ask.   Cheesy

The word I'm getting is that there is likely to be a MAJOR clamp-down on exchanges, starting very soon - in the wake of the Paycoin scam which is being seen as the 'last straw' for those that care about the cryptosphere.

So, even more so than it was already, NOW is the time to keep everything you can't afford to lose OFF the exchanges & safely tucked up in an encrypted personal wallet.

Remember, if you don't have it in your own wallet, if you don't have absolute control over the private keys, then it simply ISN'T YOUR MONEY!!!

ADDITIONAL:

Current rate is 126 litoshi = 1 satoshi so if you wanna buy Zeit right now, it's better value to go to the BTC pairing & buy for 1 sat. (If you can find a seller!)

Agreed , something fishy going on at Craptsy, 37 coins in maintenance , it like they are preparing to shut down almost everything but BTC & LTC. Time will tell, the posers may have just lost all of the coins in wallets where they claim maintenance mode. One Regulation that should be passed is that all trading on that exchange should be halted , if they can't pay out what is being traded.

 Cool

Edit :
now down to 35 in maintenance.

Cryptsy: Losing credibility by the hour.

And on another note, are there any other members of our community who are cycling fans like myself? Bicycling, not motorcycling. Anyways, I am now writing for a Danish cycling website, cyclingquotes.com . So if you have an interest in professional cycling news come check it out. I posted my first article there today!! http://cyclingquotes.com/news/valverde_the_older_i_get_the_better_i_am/

The ZeitKnights TeamSpeak server has been tested (TransAtlantic!) and found to be working as expected.

Kiklo & Ray have the IP addy & password so Knights should expect to be given then in the near future.

The leadership team @ Byt*c*nt have already found TeamSpeak to be a VERY useful tool for both getting to know each other better as people, for really creative brainstorming sessions & for ensuring that the team works as a team so I hope the same will apply here.

Steve - sorry but if it don't have 200 HP, I don't see the point. My Dutch buddies tried to get me into Le Tour but apart from the scenery it didn't turn me on. Congratulations anyway though Grin

Now now, Lion my good fellow, 1 HP (Human Power) is all that is needed for a great ride! I will admit that I do enjoy actually riding more than watching others race. It's a great way to get in and stay in shape, see the scenery, and have the occasional friendly race (not to mention get horns blasted at you, insults hurled at you, etc., etc., etc.)  Tongue

We will have to work out a better way to separate the 2 statuses. We have 7 coin in maintenance. 28 Coins are down due to network issue << Edited

Zeitcoin was in mainteance due to a slow wallet incapable of processing transactions at over 2Gb in size. I have cleaned it up and should be back online tonight

Hey, but why don't you inform your customers earlier.
Zeitcoin has a new Logo - no update made by cryptsy
New Wallet - no update ?!?!?
I think if you have problems the community will help.
But the way you treat your customers isn't good

Hey ,
If you get it active ,
Thanks.

But lets be real, the support we received was terrible at best description.
Also how about updating the Zeitcoin info on your site, the trouble tickets to update it are also a month old.

And it is the Squeaky Wheel that gets the oil. Over a Month long problem , and you can bet Speculation is going to run wild, because that is all support left us with Speculation.

Beside what Kiklos do best is jump,
Jump to Conclusions that is , when we are given too little info.

Looking forward to calling it cryptsy again , instead of the other name.  Wink

 Cool

P.S.
If Cryptsy zeitwallet goes offline again for more than a day,  can we contact you directly for the real details, and not that drivel line support puts out, IE Your Coins are Safe but we have no timeframe when it will be back up if ever , you can see how irritating that line is. And that is what led to massive Speculation and Frustration.

I agree looking over the support we should have managed it better. And perhaps we need to better show which coins are actually in maintenance vs down for network issues. Look for some changes to the status page soon to reflect that.

Ill keep this thread updated with the wallets status

Support and Updates are what we need.
Hopefully this is the beginning of a new cooperation between Cryptsy & Zeit.

Hi mullick,

I've been sent it many times in the past, but maybe this is the right place here:

Updated Coinlogo: http://zeit-coin.net/curr_128.jpg
Updated Website Link: http://www.zeit-coin.net
Updated Explorer Link: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/zeit/

Updated coin specs you'll find here: https://github.com/zeitcoin/zeitcoin

Thanks in advice,

Cheers,

Perhaps this is also a good time to consider restoring the BTC/Zeit paring, as in the time you have kept us offline the price has risen to the equivalent of 2.5 satoshis/Zeit (& rising steadily) Grin

So nice to finally see a real response and a willingness to take action from a Cryptsy representative! There are some of us who still like and are looking forward to doing business with Cryptsy again.
Thanks Mullick! Faith in Cryptsy, restored!

That is indeed a great news. I am one of these old-time users who started to really put in question further trading at Cryptsy (and was wondering whether at all I will recover the coins that were kept there). I've sent numerous tickets enquiring about the real status of ZEIT maintenance and all I got were rather ambiguous statements, like these below:

Code:
We do apologize for the late response. Our technical team is still working on the ZEIT wallet and there is no ETA at this time. Soon as our technical team provide an estimated date. Thank you for your patience.

Code:
I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
ZEIT wallet is still down for maintenance
There is no estimated time given by our technical team but rest assured
they are working on it and we will inform all once it has been restored.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Code:
Thank you for contacting us!

We do apologize for any inconvenience. ZEIT is currently still under maintenance. I will check with our wallet specialist for the estimated time when it will be back online and update you about the latest developments of our ZEIT wallet. Thank you for your patience.

So, really looking forward to the resume of ZEIT trading @Cryptsy and who knows, maybe you guys will also opt for BTC market.
