http://www.interfax.ru/world/371135Ukraine started moving its military hardware out of Crimea. Ship "Priluki" will go under its own steam. Two other support ships will be towed to Nikolaev. Four other ships prepare to leave under their own steam. Submarine "Zaporozh'je" already left and in Ukrainian jurisdiction. Ukraine had 70 ships in Crimea. Some of those cannot be transported and will be decommissioned and disassembled in Crimea. Ukraine also transporting out helicopter Ka-29 and plane MIG-29 on special trailers. Another plane will fly under its own power.

But not for GoogleMaps users from Ukraine. I am from South Asia. Here Crimea is shown as a part of Russia, not Ukraine. Don't know from when did they changed the map. Anyway good move by Google, considering the huge pressure exerted by the US government on them. |

It's always the more radical ones that move. Normal Tatars continue to live and function in the society as before. Oh, well, the West will be happy to have them just as they did with Chechen refugees, about 70-80% of which were of a radical extremist ilk. Remember... cough... Boston..? In that case, the US needs to issue them with refugee visa. Remember the Meskhetian Turks' case? The US claimed that the Kuban Cossacks are committing ethnic cleansing against them and shipped almost 12,000 of them back to the US. Something similar can be done here. This time the population is a bit large. Around 300,000. But some can go to other nations as well, such as Sweden, UK.etc |

A multi-kilometer line of refugees is queueing up to get to Crimea from Ukraine. Ukrainian border control uses up to an hour to search each private vehicle, keeping up the queue. Stupid clowns. Nothing new. Crimea is investigating alternatives, like building a water pipeline under Kerch strait or drilling Artesian wells. They are also investigating desalination options. A solution should be ready by 2015. Well, Mallorca and Gran Canaria are almost entirely dependent on imported water, so I don't foresee any technical problems for Crimea either. |

But that drunkard pro-American son of a w***e Yelstyn told the Crimeans that he will offer no support to them if the Ukrainian army invades Crimea. That is why they cancelled the decision. Well... this time it is going to be different. The CIA will not be able to bribe out Putin. At least not without a huge cost. |

There is a major difference between western and eastern europe... Eastern people are ready to pay when it's necessary to achieve strategical benefits, even if they don't like it too much. Interestingly, that this principle works everywhere, even for house affairs. It's something that western people will never understand, that's why all colored revolution attempts are failing here.  Crimea territory requires some additional population, and ex-Ukraine citizens is an optimal choice. It's much better than a massive muslim migration. P.S. stupid forum, session breaks every hour %) |
