message from http://spainpool.net
Spaincoin dev planned a hard fork on Monday 18:00 GMT. No reason stated or known to change algo to N-Scrypt, aside maybe to disable blockexplorer and dump premine or maybe it is just dev incompetence. We are not taking part in this fork and advise you to do the same.
what do I do?

Switch to another pool. This is not true that algo change is with no reason stated. They do not read spaincoin blog. There is description about multipool bad influence on coin's price as they dump for whatever the buy orders are listed.

It's keeping the diff, so it will take some time for us to mine the first block. from then on it will be easier as diff adjusts quickly with kgw

I don't see any new blocks...
because it's keeping the diff. it's a bit hard now but eventually a block will be mined

Why new 0.8.8 wallet can`t synchronize now?
Because we're mining at the old difficulty we had on scrypt. It will take some time to find a block, from then on diff will adjust to the current net hahsrate.
The multipool was still mining earlier on so even if we do have a decent hashrate it will take time.
