It is hard to determine which one is fake and which one is legit, There are so many fake team and project sometimes you just have to check every team member and their background.

For me, it is very hard for me to spot a scam ICO. I joined some bounty that were just procrastinating the process. I hate to say this but scam ICO's are good with delaying tactics and for its better to join an ICO at later part of it so that you will know how the team work. If they are delaying things, most likely they are a scam or they will fail. Scam ICO's are getting good at what they do so we need to be wise about joining an ICO.

I will not lie about the fact that today there are a huge number of projects on the market, frank scam projects that really have big problems with trust and with the SEC, so we all understand that today this is problem number 1

The best way to detect a scam Bounty is to analyze the project itself, its idea, team and GitHub. It is very important the Bounty manager to be with a high rank and without red trust, also the Bounty allocation should not be too big like 1 million $.

Since currently there is no assigned government agency or any form of organization who validate all ICO's, it is really heard to detect if the ICO is fake. Most of the time I'm studying the background, the team, and whitepaper, etc. and still end up on a scam ICO. But verifying it and checking the details could help you minimize the risk if getting into scam project. Cheers and good luck.

There is no unambiguous method that would allow to immediately determine whether this project is fraudulent or not. In each case it will be its own specific set of features and signals.

You can find that user in the forum, he posts his reports were he exposes the icos that are using fake pictures or some other form of fake information to try to make themselves seem to be more legitimate, other people are doing the very same thing and are making a great contribution to the community by warning us about which coins are a complete scam and do not deserve our investment, so keep your eyes open in case an ico in which you are interested is reported by people like them.

There are few things that you should know before joining in some bounty campaign to avoid being scam. First thing to do is to determine if the whole developers are in real persons not a fake people try to search if all people composed by the projects are have a real identity. Then try to pay attention to read the white papers and also the roadmaps of a particular projects to determine if the projects are legit and not fake. And also look with their project's ability to respond in all problems especially with regulations and marketing system.

There is no tools to detect fake ICO or bounty. The only way to know what ICO and bounty is legit or fake by doing your own research and predicting what is really possible to happen next. If the benefits and uniqueness of the project is their.

I usually before joining ICO saw the manager's bounty, website, Roadmap, whitepapper, members of the telegram group and the team that showed themselves on social media, because if there was a project with a real team and office it meant that the project was really good to follow.

There is no known perfect formula for detecting fake ICOs or bounties. What you should do is to use your own discretion and research as much as you can. We have even seen a nice projects being abandoned by the team. So therefore, nothing is guaranteed.

That is one of the problem to discover if the ICO or the project t was fake because they are same or they are like those legit project and the manager was known also because I have an experienced that I found out the ICO and the project was scammed when it's done and their is no update on the social media account even on the telegram and when I asking the manager their is no answer also. So I think the best thing to do was to read carefully the Whitepaper and the project update.

Personally, the way to choose a clear ICO project is to look at the whitepaper, because there can be seen all the details about the project. what the project is clear about is the goal or not. actually I sometimes use feeling to choose projects. but so far I have always been able to project successfully in my own way

Actually, it is very difficult for us to detect the ICO is scams or not. It will depend on how good and smart we analyze the projects. Just be careful when analyzing: 1. Their team, including checking their experience, track record, and their information on the social media and others. 2. Their projects whether it is real and reasonable or not. 3. Token allocation, wallet transaction, and also supply 4. Tooken sold information 5. Community channel that you should follow.

I have never heard of a tool to detect fake ico or bounty, but there are sites that give an ico rating and the development of token sales, so from there we can detect the presence of legit or fake ico. https://icorating.com/
