As we all have seen ripple has been quite strong these past few days and with all that it has done over the past months compared to most other currencies and the launch of xrapid is actually starting to show in its price.
There is so much talk about ripple taking over bitcoin and being 10$ what are your thoughts on this ?
I also think like you Ripple can be serial Bitcoin go to the moon.It always grow slow and sure is safe for investors.Bitcoin good probably Ripple will reach $ 6.We will wait for in this month.

I dont think so, i think Bitcoin is very strong than ripple and ripple will not be the next bitcoin. BEcause Bitcoin is a mother of cryoptocurrency and Crypto growth is determined by the growth of bitcoin. Tht's why i prefer bitcoin and choose bitcoin than ripple.

I can't see any likelihood of Ripple being $10 unless Bitcoin is around $40,000 in which case Bitcoin will still be wearing the crown at the top of the cryptocurrency pile. I think Ripple has some great usage case supporting it and as it's adoption increases we may see a steady increase in value.

it will never going to happen such a thing because bitcoin is decentralised and ripple is centralised coin so there is no such a chance or something and they are not same in no aspect ..
No coin can replace the BTC, at present BTC prices are at $ 6400, and RIpple is at $ 0.46, do not understand why the questioner can predict two coins I have never thought that the ripple would be a coin to replace the BTC in the future.

Ripple exceeds Bitcoin in scalability and speed.  If in a second Bitcoin processes seven transactions, then Ripple processes 1500! But most importantly, any industry must cooperate with regulators in order to grow and move forward. Ripple is centralized. For the modern economy is the best choice.

In my opinion Ripple is in a different dimension to Bitcoin since the latter is decentralised and the former is centralised. Given this and the reason for creating crypto in the first place one may conclude that XRP can't get close to BTC because people favour freedom, thus decentralisation.
For the reason of it being centralized and in the long run the price is subject to being controlled since it is a banker's coin with the team holding most part of the coin, is one of the reasons I do not even see much future in it, because I believe that even if the bankers even want a coin, they will likely be creating theirs instead than trusting on some team that is holding big chunk of it. This is more like actually asking people to choose between centralization and decentralization and in that case, slavery to freedom. That simply shows basically why ripple does not even stand a chance at all.

After the start of the crisis, such new Bitcoins are appearing every month, but the truth is that none of them could become even close to BTC, so let us stop creating hype about XRP. There is no chance.
I even find it a bit crazy that even if people want to be creating hype around a coin being the next bitcoin, ripple of all coins? Sometimes, I always just assume that it is either they have no clue what they are talking about or because of the current value and the fact that it is among the top 10 coins, they just assume things in their head. It is always obvious knowing that the way a lot of people think in this space, when they are looking at the quantity of their holding, I can see why they always tend to get the worst from their holding eventually.

Ripple will never be the first on this market. I hope there are some wise people left here, that understand the aim of Ripple. It is a blockchain solution for centralised banks and not a new revolutionary project.

No I don’t agree with you.ripple is very popular & strong coin but ripple is not next bitcoin.we can't believe in ripple because ripple is a centralized coin and banks controlled ripple price.so Bitcoin will always be the first choice in this market.

Yes possibly much more in the coming years. Ripple has lots of extra ordinary feature which make everyone thinks of it. Yes it may be next bitcoin or so.

if ripple price gets to $10, then its entire marketcap will be $400b.  bitcoin now has around $100b.  it would be hard for that to happen.  also, xrp at $10 each would put several people among the richest people on the planet.

Indeed, this cryptocurrency has excellent prospects. But it seems to me that it is still too early to say that it can compete with Bitcoin.

If Ripple gets any closer to bitcoin again and does not fall then, then I will eat my tie.
I remind you that Ripple is a shitcoin who has gone too far, food for hamsters who believe in nonsense.

This question is quite funny because out of all the coins out there that you would compare, it had to be ripple, not even alethereum which we can all agree is way more advanced, the only problem that faces Ethereum is scalability.

Ripple will not be next bitcoin surely but ripple can be pumped in the next bull markets. So you can earn money from ripple. But personally i dont like the ripple's centralised issue. But i am hearing about ripple too much these days..

I wouldn't say it's like in Boxing 2 different weight categories, one will say there is up to 55 kg and the other super weight so that RIPL has tremendous potential, but bitcoin is not it when not replaced,as in bitcoin, the whole system is tied, and people believe in him and consider him a stability of the future, and what people believe, and ordained it,it will be procvetanie

I think this is one of the most impossible situations you can imagine. You with such imagination can write fairy tales, I think they would be interesting.

yes, Bitcoin is a coin that will not be replaced, Ripple and Bitcoin are different coins and each run. even though Riplle has great potential to continue to grow but that doesn't mean it can replace Bitcoin because Bitcoin is the main coin in crypto which is another benchmark for coins.

No. I will not argue with the fact that Ripple is an interesting asset, but in the next 5 years no one of the existing ones will replace Bitcoin.
