Right now, you can send a transaction with 7sat/b and get confirmed within the next block. Yet you want to charge me 24sats/b for the lowest (!) priority of 50 blocks and 56 sats/b for 6 blocks target.

Are you pocketing the change? Since you have sent transactions with 2sat/b before? What are these calculations based on? Aren't these transactions done manually? Is it too hard to just check a blockchain explorer for the exact amount of fee you would need?


For a site that prides itself in pioneering crypto poker, this is plain embarassing.

Anyway, skyrevo is right. I would prefer if you also offer a minimum fee option, like 1sat/b. As soon as I get it I can just use child pays for parent to get it confirmed, that way I can choose the fee amount myself.

Or does the tournament system see it as a disconnect and save the balance? or there is an opportunity to continue playing until June 6 depending on how the account is in participation, because it has happened to me in some tournaments where obviously what I have achieved is lost.

Guess its like on any other site, error on your end means no refunds. In tournaments you blind out and in cash game you sit out at the next action. If it happens lets say on the river of a hand and you got money invested, thats bad luck and your hand gets folded after the time bank expired (had that myself) . Your only hope is the action gets checked and you get a free showdown.

If you lose your internet connection you will continue to pay tournament blinds and your hand will be folded when it is your turn. This is standard across the industry. Suggest you only play when you can expect a strong internet connection for the duration of the tournament.

Just playing for Skrill or having a tournament where it is required to have 10k Skrill or something? That would be very cool, because it seems that right now in the tournament on saturday there are playing some bots.

There is no disconnect protection whatsoever .

It does not exist in tournaments, there is no refund, you disconnect and play absent even in face-to-face tournaments.

The above when the tournament has started, but if the tournament has not started and for any reason you close the software it asks you if you want to continue registered, so if you have any problems before the tournament starts, you have a chance.

I was registered in 2 of those tournaments last week just to see them cancelled.

Thank you very much for the clarification, I will tell my friends as well since they also look for online tournaments, maybe this tournament will suit them wonderfully, anyway I will also let them know that they look for times where it is more likely that the electrical power does not fail . One of them had a bad experience in a power outage in a tournament on another platform and lost, also some games that have nothing to do with casinos, but have PvP activated, generally stay connected for at least 1 minute and it is enough so you lose. These protection mechanisms for the player must have them all platforms.

Minimum 9 players with 3 hours late registration... is there a way for me to check some stats about this game for the last months?!
