I think ethereum will bounce back again but it will depend on its future development like serenity update or ethereum 2.0. The second ranked coin had a very active developers and continuously improving the features of ethereum. The situation in cryptocurrency market is also improving with bitcoin leading the way as usual and this will have a positive impact to many coins like ethereum.

Ethereum has started it's own rally now, it's up 11% as of this writing, there's huge news coming for ETH so people are speculating now.

I think ethereum prices are rising because market factors, especially bitcoin, are getting better, when the price of bitcoin rises, investors are optimistic and buy altcoins that have the potential to skyrocket like ethereum.

Although ETH is rising again, it is not true to the expectations of many investors. But its potential is huge and it is difficult to predict. I think ETH will soon hit the price of $ 200 in June. if Bitcoin continues to rise to $ 6,000.

The price of each cryptocurrency on the market is greatly determined by supply and demand. Ethereum, being the second largest crypto by market cap is no different from the others in this sense. What really takes ETH to new ATHs is Bitcoin's uptrend on the market. Whenever BTC's prices start to rise, ETH follows. The same thing happens vice versa as I've said many times before.

Given how the ICO craze has stopped lately, Ethereum doesn't seem to gain much traction these days. Everything is stalled where people are mostly focused on prices rather than real use cases for the mainstream world. I believe that the next trigger in ETH's price will be the switch from PoW to PoS. The long-awaited Casper consensus for Ethereum, will become highly beneficial to it once implemented resulting in a positive reaction across the market.

Hence, I think that in a couple of years from now, Ethereum will be worth more than $1,000 per coin. That is, if Bitcoin keeps on growing and expanding across the mainstream world. Exactly. That's a little odd since every time Bitcoin rises in price, Ethereum and other altcoins follows its movement. It seems to me that the interest on the market is on Bitcoin itself these days than Ethereum. However, the time will come when most cryptocurrencies will rise in price at an exponential rate. We just need to be patient in order to achieve positive results in the long term.

As for Ethereum, its next trigger in price would be the switch from PoW to PoS. Since many people are awaiting this event, there will be FOMO within Ethereum once this happens. Back in 2017, Ethereum was worth well over $1,000 per coin. Perhaps, in the next bull market, Ethereum might reach this and more becoming worth at least $2,500 per coin within 1 or 2 years from now.
