I may have missed that may be because I deactivated some promotional emails from a few casinos BC.game may have been included unknownly for me, any ways I will check the casino tomorrow and to check my bonus section it probably will be there, but then to 29x wagering is a whole work to be done, and sure a lot of gamblers will lose along the way trying to meet that demand.

Maybe it's still not available but what I felt during my time at BC.Game was that these offers didn't come every time because in some moments I felt that these offers could be up to 3 times a month but in the following month I only saw the email once for one month.

You have missed a juicy bonus for losing access of your account. It isn't really complicated to regain the access by following some instructions. The support team may disable the 2FA from your account if you can provide some necessary information and evidence to them. I haven't received this Halloween bonus from BCgame. I would have tried to regain the access of the account if I were in your position.

Losing access to the account with likely money inside is more important than missing any bonus as I believe that if bonus usually is not too big and the available fund in an account has bigger value than that.

It's true that all centralized platforms can do advanced KYC or simply video verification to support users who lost 2FA and access to their accounts. If the person is the real owner, it's not big problem to suprass a video verification for reset the 2FA as well as get the account access back.

It's confusing information but the common consequence is no longer have 2FA and can not access the account. I agree that the user must describe his situation clearly and rightly. It's more helpful for finding support from the BC Game customer support team as well as advice from the community.

I am currently staking BCD token in the vault app, just small amount. I didn't find any information about APY, but I calculated it based on the interest I received so far and it seems that returns are 10% in one year.

This is pretty good returns but personally I prefer to hold my funds on non custodial wallet and avoid holding too much on external services.

same here, i have not played on bc.game in a long long time, yet i still got a bonus code sent to my email.

oh you just need to take some rest and check back, at least you may save yourself some money that you wanted to use for the quick bet, tomorrow is another day, although uli haven't tried BC.game domain today to know what's up with the site.
