I am trying to withdraw some USDT on BEP20 network and I get an error saying "not_support_transfer_to_contract_addr".

Yes.
It may worth mentioning that I wagered 2 times the bonus amount and the bonus status on "Rollover Overview" is now "Done".
I even receive the verification code via email, but once I enter the code, I get that error.

This is weird. I withdrew USDT to the same address on the same network from bc.game successfully before. How can a valid address become invalid?
I used a different address and this time, they asked me to verify my identity.

This is weird. I withdrew USDT to the same address on the same network from bc.game successfully before. How can a valid address become invalid?
I used a different address and this time, they asked me to verify my identity.

Sounds like the response of a person that doesn't really know what to say, so he/she just repeats what the message when trying to withdraw says. An active address doesn't get "invalid" all of the sudden, we all know that.
Actually I had the same "issue" some months ago and a day later I tried it again, with the same address, and the withdrawal went through like there was never any problem. So obviously there seems to be a technical error from time to time, especially now after the site relaunch.

I have encountered similar kinds of responses or you can say error messages when withdrawing funds from an exchange in the past. It can be a technical glitch, network congestion, or can be due to security checks. I think rather than inputting a new address you should wait for a few hours and then try again with the old address. The person who replied to your reply earlier is a serial troll on this thread just ignore his reply as most of the replies are against the casino. He never justifies his reasoning or provides credible proofs to his replies here.

I would sincerely beg you to reconsider your opinion, because BC Support --be it the person who handle the forum account, or the reps [a handful of them] that's "assigned" to me and in constant communication with me-- actually plays a very huge contribution on each and every cases against them that I oversee and enabled me to get to the bottom of things.

Just because they're "silent" here doesn't mean they didn't actively participate in solving cases against them, nor that their absence should be perceived as something that doesn't look good. They immensely helped and handled cases, get things done, behind the screen, providing evidence that's set for-my-eyes-only due to its private nature. In fact, BC support is perhaps one of the most active support team amongst other casinos' reps on the forum in handling cases.

This case for instance, they dug into the user's history, that took them days to get done as they have to communicate inter-departments [and only god knows how many departments they have to visit to compile these informations], and unearthed evidences that I asked, simply to prove that their mod's decision is justified.

So, I'll humbly beg you to reconsider BC.Game Support's participation on this forum's dispute, as their silence this far is because I already made a statement regarding cases, so they avoid redundancies by making similar statement, and not a form of negligence.


It is very sad this forum has to deal with people like you and I don't understand why you are even in a signature campaign with this mindset and behavior, it is not a good look for this casino having you spamming their thread with thank you posts about the raffles/giveaways and attacking people for SPEAKING THEIR MIND and SHARING THEIR EXPERIENCE.

That is weird, but try to ask first the support. I haven't experienced something like this before.
I contacted the support and here is their response.
"Please try to use another address wallet for the time being and try again to process your transaction. It seems that the address is not valid at this moment."

This is weird. I withdrew USDT to the same address on the same network from bc.game successfully before. How can a valid address become invalid?
I used a different address and this time, they asked me to verify my identity.

Sounds like the response of a person that doesn't really know what to say, so he/she just repeats what the message when trying to withdraw says. An active address doesn't get "invalid" all of the sudden, we all know that.
Actually I had the same "issue" some months ago and a day later I tried it again, with the same address, and the withdrawal went through like there was never any problem. So obviously there seems to be a technical error from time to time, especially now after the site relaunch.
Ahoybrause is right, if it had worked before flawlessly with the same address, it's on their technical end. To be honest, it's quite weird this day because I've experienced some technical problems as well although it's not related to bc.game yet some network concerns from a wallet that I've used but it's not with bep20, and it also happened just this day but it's now fixed after several hours.
