No one can help you here. No one else can help you except contacting chat support. That same thing happened to me too, but on a different site. What I did was, first I contacted chat support, but they couldn't do anything either. They advised me to file a ban appeal because only the moderator who banned me can unban me and I should post on their own forum (not here on bitcointalk). Try doing this; it might work for you too. I know bc.game have there own forum.

When you are banned in a chat room of an exchange or gambling site, it is very probably you already posted many times that are not acceptable by their moderators and they already warned you many times too.

So when a chat room ban was executed, you violated some rules of chat room several times, not only once. Hence chance for you to have ban uplift, a second chance is very small. Some platforms can have different types of ban and with very first times of violation, your ban time will be short and it will be uplifted later after the ban time expiration. It seems not your case because 1 year is too much, you were banned permanently I guess.

The only thing you could do, since the normal support is no help, go to their discord server and create a support ticket there. The discord mods have their own support service which often enough can be quite helpful, according to other discord users. I have seen cases to get solved when via the normal support there was no solution found.

It might take a couple of days until you receive feedback though since they always have plenty of tickets to work through so it seems.

Why on earth are you still trying to regain access to their chatroom despite being banned for an year? I find it really odd that you haven't moved on already since most people move on pretty quickly. Weird stuff.

Anyway, as some of the posters above mentioned, your best bet is to continue trying to contact them directly through their site itself.

Probably due to the rain drop rewards on the chatroom of this casino. I don’t have an idea on how the drop works here but I assume the level of the account affects the rewards they can get on rain drop.

There's no way a gambler will waste time on chat room especially this case that he wants to recover his account access to chat for nothing.

The only reason was the management of an Iranian person who banned many people from Chatroom forever
His name was choco on the site, he even introduced and blocked a large number of accounts as multi-accounts
Many people were injured in Farsi Chatroom due to lies and fake screenshots

I haven't get acquainted with your situation, let alone reached the bottom of it, as my contact is usually slow on weekend, and they haven't read or reply to my DM yet. But to straighten things, again, the reason for the previous situation with Marmar was not a staff playing judge and abusing their mod power. He was actually banned by the system upon many violation, not by a mod, of which BC gave me the proof of it [that contradict Marmar's statement], to show that the ban was justified instead of a mod playing god.

I'll let you know when some light has been shedded to your situation and I understand better why it got banned.

I believe that "accusation" [marked in bold] is too harsh. There is almost zero benefits in posting one liners just to fill activities and/or post counts, not since merit system being introduced. He's most likely a clueless someone who doesn't know that replying with an emoji is not allowed.

IIRC, the rule of one liner was first introduced by signature campaigns to minimize the potency of low quality post, which later "revised" into minimum character counts by several CM, where they also go lenient and consider a one liner or a very short reply as a paid-post due to the quality of those few words. The rule of one liner itself, is not specified as against forum rule.

I just came here with my friend's advice to get help and I don't have any specific purpose as my friends claim that I want to act against the rules. I really didn't know that using emoji is against the rules here.

If you make a post without any valuable content and you just post some emojis, chances are some people report your post as spam and moderators delete your post due to breaking the rule number 1.

One liners and the use of emojis are not against the forum rules as long as the comment has some value and cotributes positively to the discussion.  

What’s against the rules is zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads.^*. His reply obviously falls under that category.

However, mods are unlikely to ban a user if it’s a single offence. They will just remove the reply and if he do it again then they may temp-ban or ban him.

Been a cozy weekend guys. I hope you lot managed to hit some wins on your bet over the weekend?  I had two bets over the weekend and they both win. Favorite teams except for France won this weekend except for France that lost to Italy. For Today, I had Portugal to win (live bet)  when Portugal was down 0-1 to Scotland and Croatia to win (live bet too). Portugal did a comeback to win it. While I wasn't sure, I only put in that selection because I knew Ronaldo was going to come in later and make this happen and he did by scoring the winner.

Overall, it's been a great weekend. Looking forward to club league games resuming this week.
