Your maths are good. As I had told you before, gambling doesn't follow the mathematical terms all the time. Those are indeed rare streak, but those can happen anytime. You are giving more priority to the maths instead of accepting the probability of gambling.

Well it's quite simple, from level 22 you get a weekly and monthly bonus (min wager required), you will also get a recharge each week which is like a small daily bonus you can claim every 10min/hour/day.
From level 38 you can get a host who gives you like 50$ welcome bonus and loss back bonuses when you had a bad streak of losses.

In addition every level up gives you a set $ amount in bonus money (paid in BCL) and from level 8 you also get 1 "lucky spin" for every level up. That's basically it.
