It seems like shit is hitting the fan at bc casino. Weekly sports bonus still not paid, but that is just the smallest problem.
Yesterday they had some huge technical problems. People lost the funds from the vault while sending them out. I myself lost 20$ while unlicking BCH from the rakeback section. Money not credited. Many other players had the same, chat and discord of full of complaints and what does bc do about that, nothing. They don't even send out a message about it. People have to contact the terrible customer support, wait for an hour to get no solution. I had to prove that I didn't get the funds, they don't even want to look into that even though they must have at least a 100 complaints about this right now. Still they are acting like they didn't know about this problem. Not only are they cheating in their casino house games, not they even steal player's funds. Oh and I almost forgot the many players that didn't get their deposits since yesterday as well.

How long does this issue occur? I’m not aware of this since I rarely pay attention with rakeback on this casino due to my low betting activity here.

Happened to me yesterday as well actually, I also posted about it.
Issue was around 27 hours ago (for me) and nothing happened since then.  They made a maintenance after it happened and marked it as "resolved". Obviously many people are still missing their funds so it's far from being that.
Support is no help, as usual and I have also seen a lot of complaints of like 3 digits amounts that disappeared from the vault when transferring, that's very alarming.
I am just missing around 13$ but it is still annoying to chase after it, especially when they want me to prove there was an error. 
Very disappointed how they handled this one to be honest. The whole "no info about anything" problem is very obvious at bc. Sometimes I feel they think problems just go away the longer you ignore them. That's not how it works though. 

If they don't fix that issue with the terrible support asap this might bite them in the axx some day.

Do you understand exactly what you are trying to gain here. Assuming that Bc.game will pay you or someone will pay you to remove negative feedback then that doesn’t mean other user will stop following what you did that gives you 50$.

Everyone can give negative feedback on any Bitcointalk account but not everyone is DT which feedback is trusted and counted on trust score. You probably think that your negative feedback is visible to other user since it shows when you use your account. But try to use other account and view the trust page of the user you sent negative if it’s showing.

Just like what others suggesting. You are blackmailing bc.game using other user scam accusation.

As I have already informed you via PM, I would delete the blackmail attempt as soon as possible. If other DT1/DT2 members read this (some of them also wear the BC.Game signature) you will certainly receive even more negative feedback besides mine. A "give me money and I'll remove the negative feedback" is a clear abuse of the system and I wouldn't be surprised if it resulted in your account being banned.

I doubt you are naive enough to not know what you are doing. If you are asking forum members for $50 in order to stop/pause your agenda against BC Game then you are deluded and cannot be taken seriously.

Whether BC Game has fans or not, you will not be receiving any money from any forum member and for taking this course of action you will end up receiving multiple negative tags. Any form of blackmail or extortion is unacceptable.

Yeah, exactly, to me though, I feel this kind of blackmail should result in the ban of the account of the offender, regardless of whether the offender is a newbie or not, any user blackmailing, or trying to blackmail another user on this forum shouldn't be allowed to stay.

There are several mediums that been made available for user to utilize for bringing up any form of complaints and so on, it is only a criminal and a scam minded person that will come up here and try to blackmail another user in a bid to obtain money from the user, also an abuse of the trust system and privilege given to him or her, so, a ban should serve a good punishment, a temporary ban for newbies with account registered less than 30 days before the offense, and a permanent ban for any account that is older than 30 days.

Afaik, abusing the trust system is not a bannable offense. So, despite how annoying this behavior could be, he is unlikely to get banned.
However, the trust system is designed to be as decentralized as possible which makes it the responsibility of the community to make sure it works properly. The best/right thing the community can do is to distrust (~) abusers to make sure they never make it to DT. This way their feedbacks will have no weight.

Yes it does count towards the rollover. Problem is, BC updates sports wager fairly slow. Meaning, for example the xp (VIP process) and rakeback and so on it updates sometimes 1-2 hours after the bet had been settled. I have witnessed this several times.
So my advise to you, wait up to 2 hours after the win was credited to your account and then check the rollover page again. It should have been updated accordingly.

Thanks for the confirmation, I ask this issue on the support but they gave me approximately 24hrs as allowance to credit my bet on wager. The 1 - 2 hours waiting time is long for me considering that I just deposit bets intended to withdraw immediately once settled.

I will just stick to my strategy which is using dice with 98% win chance rate to farm slowly my wager safely until I can complete the requirements.

I think only you since I can login without any issue. I'm using bcgame.ph instead of bc.co. I also tried bc.co and I can login without any issue. Maybe try to clear your cache and login in again. My ISP is PLDT, some ISP blocked bc.game including its mirror site. Hopefully clearing your caches solve the login issue of your account. Have you tried in different browser?

It works fine all on my side, I can do login and check with the slots and even check my profile account, did you test your internet connection?, or even check your internet speed? Sometimes if my net chokes I flush DNS if I have network issues.

I's been since last Friday now that some of my and many funds of others from the vault and rake back section disappeared, and yet no refunds and/or any official statement .
The bets history is also not working since then so you can't even prove your action.
To be honest, this is not the way to go BC, not even close. So many people are frustrated about this at the moment and when asking chat support (after waiting for up to an hour) all you get is a draft reply and "our team is working on it" .

At least make an official statement on twitter or discord or something. Just moving on like nothing happened looks very unprofessional and you might lose players over such behaviour.

Obviously I am saying this out of frustration but also because I want BC to be better. I am in BC's signature campaign but still I voice my honest opinion. And dealing with situations like this in such an unprofessional manner is not a good look.

You worked very hard to clean up your reputation, now work harder to keep it that way please!
