Well well, I guess it's all clear now, to avoid users like you blackmailing other users on this forum is the reason why the DT was introduced, whereas if you are not a DT member, your trust feedback, be it positive or negative is completely useless to the forum and other users because no one, except yourself; sees that feedback.

Like for example, right now, I can't even see any feedback of yours in the two profiles you shared here in your comment, which simply means that your feedback, trust rating (calling it what ever you want) is only visible to you and you alone, even the profiles you posted that rating to can't even see it until you become a DT member.

So, my advice, stop wasting your time bud, you can't Blackmail anyone on this forum using negative trust as a bait, if you feel you were cheated by this casino, go to scam and accusation board and write a proper scam accusation thread against this casino providing all the necessary evidence/proof, if the DT members find your allegations true, they will Tag this profiles with negative trust on your behalf.

Big haha, so after talking trash about this site and calling them all sorts of names; you still stoop so low to beg them for $50. You would have said it right from the beginning that you’re here to beg for money rather than waste time that could have been spent on something more productive.

How many other sites have you tried to black mail like this? I believe those small casinos that are trying to build their reputation here could easily fall prey to this sort of extortion but the fact that you’re dealing with bcgame that has managed to build a very solid reputation here means you won’t be getting any dime - I would advise that you stop this kind of behavior as it will probably lead to your account getting some negative tags from DT members as this is not different from blackmailing.

I think alot of gamblers usually accept the terms and conditions of may casino they get into without actually reading to know or even get a glimpse of what they are accepting to comply with, it's actually very disappointing to see some gamblers turning around to complain about something which they should have ordinarilly known about if only they spent some time to read and understand the terms and conditions of the casino they are registering on before they tick that "accept terms and conditions" box.

Not referring to that dude in particular now, as this is something that a lot of gamblers are actually guilty of including myself, it is of recent that I started spending time to read and understand the terms and conditions of any casino I am interested in registering on, and this usually have saved me lots of troubles, I no longer have to contact customer care unnecessarily, or complain about things that are already talked about in the casino's terms and conditions.

I often feel like they have no insight into bc accounts actually? They ask for screenshots of thing they normally should be able to see when they look on their screen, I don't get it. Then you get standard replies like "delete cache and cookies" or log out and back in and so on. These actions have no merit when your problem is like a missing money or whatever.

BCgame team is already working to improve their support system. They have opened job offer on their LinkedIn page several times in the last few months for hiring support agent. Looks like they are still looking for some support agent member. I have seen the support agent to request the screenshot of the issues on other casino too. But deleting the cache and cookies won't solve the problem which you are facing in BCgame now.

What you're doing here is blackmail, I hope you realize that. In connection with your previous behavior, I even assume that you always had that in mind.
By the way, your trust ratings are useless because you are not part of the DT system. You can create 100s of ratings, but nobody will see them because they will be displayed as "Untrusted Feedback".

However, an attempted blackmail is reason enough for me to create a trust rating and leave negative feedback. Other users here in the forum will now also see this. Please understand that this is nothing personal, such a behaviour is absolutly untrusthworthy in my opinion.

It seems like shit is hitting the fan at bc casino. Weekly sports bonus still not paid, but that is just the smallest problem.
Yesterday they had some huge technical problems. People lost the funds from the vault while sending them out. I myself lost 20$ while unlicking BCH from the rakeback section. Money not credited. Many other players had the same, chat and discord of full of complaints and what does bc do about that, nothing. They don't even send out a message about it. People have to contact the terrible customer support, wait for an hour to get no solution. I had to prove that I didn't get the funds, they don't even want to look into that even though they must have at least a 100 complaints about this right now. Still they are acting like they didn't know about this problem. Not only are they cheating in their casino house games, not they even steal player's funds. Oh and I almost forgot the many players that didn't get their deposits since yesterday as well.

Happened to me yesterday as well actually, I also posted about it.
Issue was around 27 hours ago (for me) and nothing happened since then.  They made a maintenance after it happened and marked it as "resolved". Obviously many people are still missing their funds so it's far from being that.
Support is no help, as usual and I have also seen a lot of complaints of like 3 digits amounts that disappeared from the vault when transferring, that's very alarming.
I am just missing around 13$ but it is still annoying to chase after it, especially when they want me to prove there was an error. 
Very disappointed how they handled this one to be honest. The whole "no info about anything" problem is very obvious at bc. Sometimes I feel they think problems just go away the longer you ignore them. That's not how it works though. 

If they don't fix that issue with the terrible support asap this might bite them in the axx some day.

Do you understand exactly what you are trying to gain here. Assuming that Bc.game will pay you or someone will pay you to remove negative feedback then that doesn’t mean other user will stop following what you did that gives you 50$.

Everyone can give negative feedback on any Bitcointalk account but not everyone is DT which feedback is trusted and counted on trust score. You probably think that your negative feedback is visible to other user since it shows when you use your account. But try to use other account and view the trust page of the user you sent negative if it’s showing.

Just like what others suggesting. You are blackmailing bc.game using other user scam accusation.

As I have already informed you via PM, I would delete the blackmail attempt as soon as possible. If other DT1/DT2 members read this (some of them also wear the BC.Game signature) you will certainly receive even more negative feedback besides mine. A "give me money and I'll remove the negative feedback" is a clear abuse of the system and I wouldn't be surprised if it resulted in your account being banned.

Yeah, exactly, to me though, I feel this kind of blackmail should result in the ban of the account of the offender, regardless of whether the offender is a newbie or not, any user blackmailing, or trying to blackmail another user on this forum shouldn't be allowed to stay.

There are several mediums that been made available for user to utilize for bringing up any form of complaints and so on, it is only a criminal and a scam minded person that will come up here and try to blackmail another user in a bid to obtain money from the user, also an abuse of the trust system and privilege given to him or her, so, a ban should serve a good punishment, a temporary ban for newbies with account registered less than 30 days before the offense, and a permanent ban for any account that is older than 30 days.

Afaik, abusing the trust system is not a bannable offense. So, despite how annoying this behavior could be, he is unlikely to get banned.
However, the trust system is designed to be as decentralized as possible which makes it the responsibility of the community to make sure it works properly. The best/right thing the community can do is to distrust (~) abusers to make sure they never make it to DT. This way their feedbacks will have no weight.

Yes it does count towards the rollover. Problem is, BC updates sports wager fairly slow. Meaning, for example the xp (VIP process) and rakeback and so on it updates sometimes 1-2 hours after the bet had been settled. I have witnessed this several times.
So my advise to you, wait up to 2 hours after the win was credited to your account and then check the rollover page again. It should have been updated accordingly.
