Congratulations to you, anytime I see people winning these offers it just gets to me because I really haven't won these free promotions and it would be nice having that feeling of winning although the one I recalled I won was 200$ in some kind of raffle in a casino I was promoting but there wager requirements was dead, I mean man I had to wager the whole freaking cash and boy did I lose everything and that's why seeing some casino reducing the wager requirements makes it a whole lot more fun.

First of all, initially, they told me that the ban was not strictly due to one certain local mods abuse their power, it's a case of justified ban that --much like marmar-- was either done by the system due to violation or by the mods doing their duty. Further, they also explained that this is not the first time you got tempo-banned, nor the dozen-th time of it, or the two dozen, be it automatically by system or by mods due to the increasing demand of the chatbox to remove you from chatbox.

For those reasons above, with the compelling evidence that the ban placed on you was justified instead of a misplaced ban, someone has an itchy hand, or something else, unlike the situation with your friend MarMar, this time, I will not ask them to reconsider lifting your ban.

Though I understand that absence of chatbox can reduce a user's overall experience on a platform to a degree, it's not exactly essential to use the main feature of the platform: to gamble [for fun], of which, FAIK, this feature was not limited for you. So my advice is to let this chat box situation go, use it as a learning point to be careful on chatbox [on other platform, which I'm sure you have and use alongside BC] and that it was a "separate" ecosystem that has its own set of rules that needs to be adhered.

After reading your whole reply I would like to know the reason why you took so much pain in finding the reason? It is a ban by some mods eventually on a chat. Isn't it is the place where they as in the mods or some big VIP users are famous to gift coins in as rain. I wouldn't have been so much into such ban and would have dig into the reasons behind as most of the time it is done to stop farming & misusing the rain.

I would like to thank you as a user of BC to get into the deep analysis and getting a reply from the team for someone questioning the chat ban. It is really incredible to see someone so much indulged in providing resolutions within the forum rather from the support team. Which kind of doesn't look good for BC support here.

You wrote it well, it is not the main function of the casino, it never was. What's tempting is the various free coin drops, random tipping, and the like... at least for many who chat just for that reason. I stopped participating in it a long time ago (maybe I already wrote it somewhere), it used to be interesting until there were not many people, there was at least some nice communication with other gamblers, but that all disappeared because of many who only want that stated above.

Just because they're "silent" here doesn't mean they didn't actively participate in solving cases against them, nor that their absence should be perceived as something that doesn't look good. They immensely helped and handled cases, get things done, behind the screen, providing evidence that's set for-my-eyes-only due to its private nature. In fact, BC support is perhaps one of the most active support team amongst other casinos' reps on the forum in handling cases.

This case for instance, they dug into the user's history, that took them days to get done as they have to communicate inter-departments [and only god knows how many departments they have to visit to compile these informations], and unearthed evidences that I asked, simply to prove that their mod's decision is justified.

So, I'll humbly beg you to reconsider BC.Game Support's participation on this forum's dispute, as their silence this far is because I already made a statement regarding cases, so they avoid redundancies by making similar statement, and not a form of negligence.

Yes, there is a reason... of which been provided to me and I've seen it, that I don't think I can share. Much like the case of "MarMar" where I had to keep it for myself. the BUG is still not fixed...

is this how BC game treat  Bug reporters ? if i shared it or take advantage of it my sekf BC will suffer a huge loss

Send a private message to the Op of this thread and let him know about the mail you sent or send it to this account[1]. Don’t send them the bug report - just let them know about the mail you sent and what next to do.

I’ve reported a bug in a casino (not that much of a deal though and also not for bcgame) and I got a quick response after sending them a pm, try the same approach and it might yield a different outcome.

What kind of bug? I have seen countless reports on discord about new bugs since the new 4.0 website launched about 2 weeks ago. They have a report/feedback form the mods are sharing there, maybe you can use that one: https://forms.gle/aeRfjDwotZKE7Zo68

But yeah, fixing is a different story and right now I guess they are having their hands full after this update.

is this how BC game treat  Bug reporters ? if i shared it or take advantage of it my sekf BC will suffer a huge loss
Wow, hold your stallions there mate, you are talking big now.

If the bug is critical they will look into it, you have done your part, reported the same to the creators, nothing more you can do for now, the rest of the decision is on the creators not us.

Secondly exploiting the bug instead of reporting it is a black hat thing to do, it is a crime and you will face the legal music so be prepared for the same.

Tottenham have failed me on multiple bets especially in times you'd expect them to win and they'll lose miserably. Not this time. I will come back to this conversation after the game  Wink

Tottenham lost to Arsenal with a minimum score of 0-1. But for bookmaker bets and this is enough. There was neither a win nor a draw from Tottenham in the end. Therefore, it is not for nothing that you ignore this team in your bets. You can probably even try to bet against them already. Which is what you basically said earlier in this thread, wanting to bet on Arsenal.

I am a big betting player. I usually play on a different global site and my loss there is 600,000 USD.

I became a member of BC.Game yesterday. I deposited some money, lost it, then deposited it again. I had successful withdrawals of $30,000. After a while, I dropped to a loss of -$20,000.

My luck worked out and I won $150,000. But I was blocked from withdrawing money.

I connected to live support and was told that I had to complete KYC stage 2. I completed it and they said it would open in a few hours. After 12 hours, I connected and they said wait 24 hours again. When I connected again later, I was told I had to wait 72 hours.

I played a little more until the morning and earned over $200,000.

But they don't give me any information about what I'm waiting for. They are constantly stalling. I gave up on the site I play on and chose you, but I cannot withdraw my money at the moment. I hope the problem is solved as soon as possible.

I will not be taking bets until withdrawals are opened. After withdrawing my money, I will give 100 dollars in crypto to 25 people among those who liked this post.

Yes. I wanted to come back to that statement. Tottenham isn't the kind of team to bet for against another big team. They usually end up losing. 9 out of 10 times, that's often the case. Unfortunately I didn't get to place the bet I wanted. Not because I lost my conviction but got caught up with some and slept late. Woke up after the game had finished. Pained but unto the next.

Btw, for everyone else: How were your weekend bets? Lost 1 bet thanks to my club, Liverpool. Then another due to Leipzig failure to get 1.5 goals (the game ended 0-0). But I recovered and hit breakeven thanks to Real Madrid's 2-0 win.

What do you expect from Tottenham when their are up against a bigger club like Arsenal being able to resist more than one goal in the game was a miracle for them since I predicted over 2.5 in this match although my bet was for Arsenal straight winning which turn out to be my lucky bet for the weekend.

Although the weekend was one of the exciting weekend for me most especially the Sunday lineups although I stake just one bet today but then I watched all the match lineup for the Sunday since I missed Saturday match when I was busy yesterday.

i found a critical BUG  in the BCGAME  website  
and i sent an email to support@bc.game   yesterday  and i never got any reply
the BUG is still not fixed...

Send a private message to the Op of this thread and let him know about the mail you sent or send it to this account[1]. Don’t send them the bug report - just let them know about the mail you sent and what next to do.

I’ve reported a bug in a casino (not that much of a deal though and also not for bcgame) and I got a quick response after sending them a pm, try the same approach and it might yield a different outcome.
