I deposited some money, lost it, then deposited it again. I had successful withdrawals of $30,000. After a while, I dropped to a loss of -$20,000. My luck worked out and I won $150,000. But I was blocked from withdrawing money. I connected to live support and was told that I had to complete KYC stage 2. I completed it and they said it would open in a few hours. After 12 hours, I connected and they said wait 24 hours again. When I connected again later, I was told I had to wait 72 hours. I played a little more until the morning and earned over $200,000. But they don't give me any information about what I'm waiting for. They are constantly stalling. I gave up on the site I play on and chose you, but I cannot withdraw my money at the moment. From what I have seen, kyc verification can take up to some hours or days depending on how long it takes the third party to verify your details - so since they haven’t given you any response yet just hold on and let them round off the whole process. I’m not sure there’s any way to speed up the process so if a representative should reply you it will still be the same “we’ll let you know as soon as we’re done” so just chill and hope it comes out well.
I’ll also advice staying away from the account until you get a response so that you won’t end up gambling everything away - you know as a gambler there is a urge to keep gambling when you still have a huge balance left in your account, so to avoid that just look for something to distract yourself during this whole waiting period.

You can use game and rounds board on the forum for your raffle but you need to use Bitcoin as reward on the raffle since it’s the rules here in the forum. I’m skeptical on how do you choose qualfied members here for your raffle since user can’t like or force to support your complaint for the sake of the raffle if this is what you mean. Just wait for the estimated time given to you and stop gambling for a while to avoid losing your patience that typically results to severe losses instead of having a secured profit. Keep asking the support for update though.

Even with evidence the fact still ball down to him having to wait for the entire period that his documents will get verified, this happens to most High wagerer and my advice is that, if you know you are a high wagerer, you should make sure to verify the account to the level that can contain your maximum withdrawal, so that you won't get to the point that your account will get the limit trigger before you start making efforts to verify your accounts because when you are already restricted from withdrawing high amount before making the effort, your verification process will follow a more difficult to pass. But what I can advise you is to wait for their response regardless of how many days or hours, but I believe your waiting time won't exceeds 5 working days excluding weekends.

After reading your whole reply I would like to know the reason why you took so much pain in finding the reason? It is a ban by some mods eventually on a chat. Isn't it is the place where they as in the mods or some big VIP users are famous to gift coins in as rain. I wouldn't have been so much into such ban and would have dig into the reasons behind as most of the time it is done to stop farming & misusing the rain. I would like to thank you as a user of BC to get into the deep analysis and getting a reply from the team for someone questioning the chat ban. It is really incredible to see someone so much indulged in providing resolutions within the forum rather from the support team. Which kind of doesn't look good for BC support here.

You wrote it well, it is not the main function of the casino, it never was. What's tempting is the various free coin drops, random tipping, and the like... at least for many who chat just for that reason. I stopped participating in it a long time ago (maybe I already wrote it somewhere), it used to be interesting until there were not many people, there was at least some nice communication with other gamblers, but that all disappeared because of many who only want that stated above.

Just because they're "silent" here doesn't mean they didn't actively participate in solving cases against them, nor that their absence should be perceived as something that doesn't look good. They immensely helped and handled cases, get things done, behind the screen, providing evidence that's set for-my-eyes-only due to its private nature. In fact, BC support is perhaps one of the most active support team amongst other casinos' reps on the forum in handling cases. This case for instance, they dug into the user's history, that took them days to get done as they have to communicate inter-departments [and only god knows how many departments they have to visit to compile these informations], and unearthed evidences that I asked, simply to prove that their mod's decision is justified. So, I'll humbly beg you to reconsider BC.Game Support's participation on this forum's dispute, as their silence this far is because I already made a statement regarding cases, so they avoid redundancies by making similar statement, and not a form of negligence.

I have seen countless reports on discord about new bugs since the new 4.0 website launched about 2 weeks ago. is this how BC game treat Bug reporters ? if i shared it or take advantage of it my sekf BC will suffer a huge loss
Wow, hold your stallions there mate, you are talking big now. If the bug is critical they will look into it, you have done your part, reported the same to the creators, nothing more you can do for now, the rest of the decision is on the creators not us. Secondly exploiting the bug instead of reporting it is a black hat thing to do, it is a crime and you will face the legal music so be prepared for the same.
