I think they should try this and see if it works for them, i can also confirm that i faced a similar issue previously, i could not log in from my android phone, but when i changed my device, i was able to log in without any problems. However, after sometime, i was able to log in from my android phone again, @Learn Bitcoin should try this, it may be the solution for now.

Changing the device is one solution but honestly you can just use mirror link just like what I keep repeating suggesting on this thread since I encounter this issue many times on this casino in the past specifically on bc.co mirror link.

I solve login issue and persistent refresh of website during login by accessing the casino using bcgame.ph without the need of changing my device. There’s a lot of mirror links which he can use to try on solving his issue rather than changing device.

I have been trying to access my Bc game account but I was unable to login for some reason because the login page keeps loading. So, I thought it's because of my internet connection. I think you should contact BC support for this issue. There can be multiple reasons why you might be getting such an error. It can be an internet connection issue considering the problems that happened recently in your country. If you are using VPN then it can cause your internet speed issue which might be the reason why you are not able to connect with the casino server. The last thing that comes to my mind is to check whether your browser is updated and whether you are using credentials that you might have forgotten.

Another thing that you can do is clear the cache & cookies of your browser. Sometimes such irritating things happen when the browser you are using has old cookies. I am only guessing here and can't do much. But, it will be good if you contact the support or try the mirror links as suggested before.

Thanks, everyone for suggesting various troubleshooting. I was able to access my account without any problem on my laptop but with a different internet connection as well. I don't know what is wrong with my Desktop which is in my shop and I use a different internet connection there as well. So, I am not sure if the problem is with my Desktop or my internet connection.

FYI, I haven't used any VPN nor I am from a blocked region. I am one of the old players of the BC game but my account was kind of abandoned for some reason. Seems like I am not eligible for the daily spins now. They have updated a lot of things, but the homepage is still buggy.

Yeah, they did change some things and for the free spins, if you get to VIP8 you should be eligible to get them daily again.

When I created an account I got free daily spins and was under VIP8 but after sometime it stopped until I played more and got up to that level, my next target is Super spin! Which will take a while to Geet since VIP 22 is required to get it - and I’m not that active for now in gambling .

As for the buggy homepage, I have no idea why that is - but mine looks fine over here in my iOS device.

It’s definitely due to your ISP provider. You probably using an IP that restrict gambling or the casino blocked it since you can play right after you change device and internet connection. If you have time, you can check both ISP using same device probably mobile phone to determine what’s really your problem.

I encounter this issue before since one of the ISP provider here in PH decided to restrict gambling access without notice.

Probably it's because of the slow internet connection that I use in my shop. I am sure that the ISP did not block the BC game because of a reason. Yes, they do block some other casinos, but they did not block the BC games. This is how I know it, My ISP blocked Sportsbet.io and whenever I try to access Sportsbet, I see a simple HTML page saying sorry, this website is blocked. I would get the same screen for the BC game as well if they had blocked Bc.game. So, I assume it is my internet connection which I use on my desktop. But, yeah, I will try a different device as well. I’m not sure if this due to slow internet connection either since I remember accessing the casino with slow internet connection using the data of my phone. It’s just very slow to load especially the homepage for the first time but everything will be smooth once you fully load the casino.

I remember encountering this same issue while the support suggested to use different browser to solve the case which also work. I’m not sure how slow your internet connection is but maybe it’s the cause of the problem too since BC can be heavy to load sometimes due to the animations on the homepage.

It should be internet connection failure because sure thing is that Bc. Game is not blocked in your region and unless you are using a vpn that your current location restrict Bc.game if not of you are using your crome browser and with your original NIG IP you should be able to freely access Bc.Game without any issue unless the Internet connection issue as you said.

If your country isn't restricted by the site in any manner, you should be able to access it pretty easily using cloudflare VPN and you wouldn't need to switch devices and internet connections either.

However, be careful doing this since the scam accusations against this site are rapidly increasing recently(Including one from myself) which is why they could use this VPN excuse to take your funds.

I think you missed the previous post made by Learn Bitcoin.
Learn Bitcoin already said that he was able to access the website without any issues on another device. So, no need to use VPN and get into the trouble of getting accused of hiding the real location.

I don't play any game on those casinos unless for sportsbets this is because I am more familiar with sport analysis compared to other in House game's that requires some level of skills, the few time I use BC.GAME  it was all spent on football bets and for sure my luck count on the site a number of time but that was long time ago, let say a year ago since I long into the account.

I lost the FA cup beat by going for City instead of United. Maybe I'm an idiot but I will still go for City once again. On paper, City is the most likely team to win it. I know they weren't at their best in the preseason friendlies but they came back strong in the latter stages. Man Utd on the other hand haven't improved one bit and that showed during their 0-3 loss to Liverpool in their USA tours.

I am not into gambling for a while now. I usually only do sports betting lately. But when it comes to casinos like Bc games, I mostly use them to play in-house games because those are my favorite. I believe slots are pure gambling and you have nothing to do with your skills, and patience which you can use on in-house games.

Line-ups were published early and Guardiola named a strong city side to face Man Utd. Like I said yesterday, Man city is really looking like this community shield game is a must win. The odds from yesterday for 1x2 city win was around 1.58 but I was lucky to see it at 1.91 just before kick off and went with it. There was a 1.51 odd market for City to win the community shield if the game goes beyond the regular 90 minutes to extra time or penalties. I just don't think this game goes beyond the regular 90 minutes tbh.
