Same situation here as I am member of few casino sites and already passed KYC but suddenly having access denied but after consulting these sites now I am able to check my stuff through VPN, and I am having no trouble because they are well aware about this all and things are working smoothly, but I have one thing with if anyone want to use VPN then he needs to consult with the relative site and then do this all because it's important for the security of your account and also for the safety of your money.
Few sites are still not allowing this all which is wired because they are having their own view about this all, so just do things with consultation is always helpful for both parties.

It's best to inform your situation if you're from a country that you're required to use VPN to access casinos like bc.game. Bc used to be accessible without a vpn. When they changed that my vip host reached out to me before it happened and told me to get a vpn to continue playing. So everyone was very aware of the situation. This happened years ago.

Well, it happens to all of us at some point. I took care of it right at the beginning actually. Had no problem using my Japanese ID card, even though I am German. All went automated and was confirmed like 1 hour later.
Hopefully you can get your issue solved fast, I know waiting for something like that can be annoying. You should ask your host, they reply MUCH faster than the normal support.

In your situation, I would double and triple check the casino's terms of use to see whether the casino in question (you mention several, so I'm not assuming that this only affects BC.Game?) allows access via VPN or for players from your country at all.

If this is not the case and you continue to play, this can certainly lead to problems if you want to withdraw money, as more intensive account checks are then usually carried out, which would also notice access via VPN and co.

Such cases have often been the reason for scam accusations against casinos in the past ...

Would have loved to participate too but unfortunately don't really know and have much interest in IPL sports so I think I will leave it for the pro's but anyways it's a good contest mate and hopefully they will be one for other sports which am more familiar with like soccer and basketball and come to think of it, never really seen any competition being hosted about basketball predictions.

Logically, since it's the game provider (ELK) who have banned your country then I doubt you will find any casino that will let you play their games.

That's the point, i don't think is the provider who banned my country, i can play ELK in other casinos, but when i try to play that provider on bc.game, it says my country is locked for that provider. So, if other casinos let me play it, then it should be a casino thing and not a provider thing.

For me, ELK provider is one of the most interesting providers around. It's hard to decide which ELK slots are the most interesting, Cygnus & Nitropolis all parts, Pritots 2, TropiCool 2, Propaganda, and a few others are slots that I could play all the time.

In the generic sense I am against any online entity asking for KYC (casinos, exchanges, etc) because of the risks involved if/when they get hacked and because of the dangers of legal personal identification documents being sold on the black market and shared between criminal gangs.

Having said that, if any entity requests KYC in order to continue using their services they should at the very least allow those customers that do not want to continue being their customer the opportunity to withdraw their funds before closing the account. I am unsure how BC Game operate in this respect therefore maybe someone more informative will address this.

I asked BC.Game to close my account and let me withdraw, they said they couldnt without kyc first. Been trying to verify, have sent all my documents, all of them coinciding since im a legit person obviously, and they havent been good enough to let me verify as of yet.

Aside from what was mentioned above - casinos also request users to undergo KYC because of cheater and those that are trying to abusing the system to gain access to things that they are not supposed to. For example people abuse casino and try to abuse NDBs by creating multiple account and then tipping their main account with what they were able to get.

I have not checked their Terms and Conditions about why they would like KYC to be sent before closing an account but when customers usually register on online gaming websites or casinos they accept a whole range of conditions and many include the asking of KYC as and when they deem appropriate.

I do not know about what happened in your case therefore can you explain if they wrote to you to explain why they declined your documents?
