With too many controversies related to BC and the replies that I have witnessed, I have participated in the new campaign from BC games. This is something that I feel proves how much the team is looking to promote their online casino and compete with those casinos whose signature participants are active on this thread. I doubt anyone active on this thread has seen such participation from other signature campaign members.

I think it is a good sign for the team as they are now a well-recognized online crypto casino. They are doing something right which has led to others, bombarding this thread with negative issues. When BC.Game partnered with Leicester City they leaped forward on to a new level of serious business and as you stated, their are well recognised. If they bring their name in to disrepute they will also bring the name of Leicester City down with them therefore they will have to be careful how they approach any scam allegation.

I agree there are some members that are deliberately posting for nefarious reasons and motives (not just here but generically in various threads) but if evidence is provided, they are investigating. Some of those investigations can be concluded fairly quickly but some do take time.

In terms of service quality, sometimes it is impossible to make everything always perfect. But I think we can all agree that any company should strive to create the most positive image of the company.

Exactly, constructive criticism is something to make a site better, not put them on the spot.
When players have obvious problems with the site why shouldn't it be allowed to name these problems and discuss them. We are not in North Korea or whatever where you are not allowed to speak your mind.
This 1 person here that ALWAYS has to take it to a personal level. No clue about the site but defending it blindly and not acknowledging the smallest problems is just ridiculous. Using the site is essential to have an own opinion. Without this experience but saying it's all not true is straight up hypocrisy.
I made good use of the ignore button for this individual, and life is much better.

Happy to see that other users not only made the SAME experience but also talk about it here. Guess when not "only me" (and 50% of people on the BC discord channel) has this problem it gets more real, hahaha. Anyway, being in a sig campaign should not mean blindly attacking people that point out flaws and ignoring obvious things that don't go well. Other people from this campaign can take constructive criticism as well, I don't know why it must be this way? Just sad.

When there is a problem whether for gambling or anything else, it should be addressed and solved the problem after addressing the problem. I agree with you regarding the signature campaign anyone should not attack anything/any site before checking the evidence and getting

Yes, I get your point. Season is still early but PSG didn't bring enough reinforcement after losing their best player to real Madrid. Last season, I stopped including Man Utd and Chelsea on my betslips and my win rate went up. When a teams gets inconsistent, it becomes a problem to predict it.

Without any doubt. PSG was much better to predict when they had the likes of Cavani, Ibrahimovic or even recent years when they had Neymar, Mbappe and Messi upfront. They have had some good wins so far but I'm not convinced. Might just keep an eye on it and decide later.

Well I wouldn't say most are against the bigger casinos actually. I would rather say it's 50/50.
There are plenty of accusations against some bs small casinos because often enough these newbie small places actually do scam and there is nothing we can do about it. 
Also, the accusations against bigger sites we see here are only posted here because these casinos have ANN threads and signature campaigns running. So if somebody is unhappy with the way the communication is going with the site they google where else they can get help from. And that's how they find this forum.

In these moments, the good guys end up paying for those who go down the wrong path. While some have legitimate problems, others create alts just to create chaos in the topics, making it seem to other members that it is a very messy casino and that it is not worth registering. I believe that people create accounts here for faster help, but there are others that are just alts wanting to cause chaos.

Since a somebody here always wants proves for bugs, how about this one with the not working live stats at originals.

Before the update it also didn't work properly but at least once you clicked on the live stats tab it started "recording" your session, also when you closed it and reopened it the "software" was still counting your games, wins and losses. It should always count all your bets so you have an overview how much you lost so far and how the win loss distribution looks like. If you don't see your statistics it is a big disadvantage for the player because it's easy to lose track.
Now after the update weeks ago it still doesn't start counting unless you click on it, then it starts but once you close it it doesn't count again and resets to 0, which is total nonsense.
By the way, any other reputable site starts the live starts from the first bet you are making , whether you click on the live stats tab or not, it automatically starts. And it surely doesn't reset the stats to 0 once you close it. And people do close it because it's straight up in the way.

Several people reported this many times and nothing was fixed for a long time.

And this is not blackmailing or any other bs a certain person always tries to draw here, just a prove of a bug that never gets fixed.

Just take the example of Stake.com thread, there always user telling a bad or negative post, but usually just gonna last around 2-3 post and then move one. Since you guys not official team from BC.GAME, not an obligation to responded those (especially for feedback platform). This discussion is being discussed over and over again cause you guys responded to those post while usually are gonna to end more faster by just responded to "Thanks, sorry for the unconvinced and we gonna address these feedback to our department developer for fixing in next update".
