Hi,

I'm contacting great mining pools like litecoinpool.org to respectfully request that you would add our auxpow coin to your pool. Fastcoin has been around since 2013 and we believe it could have great potential. We are currently working on a listing with p2pb2b for FST and it would be really great if we could get some extra hash power on the network.

Thanks for your consideration,

Jimmy

When I run one of my L3's it shows a pretty steady hashrate of ~520 which is pretty close to the stats page on the miner.  However, if I add another one of my L3's, both rates drop and fluctuate from ~450 to ~480 each.

Unit 1 shows ~520
Unit 2 shows ~510
Unit 1 plus unit 2 shows ~950

I'm getting ready to add a third into the mix to see what happens.  But, is there something I should be doing differently?

If I have multiple ASIC miners (L3+) does that improve payouts?

Example: if 1 L3+ mines 1 lite coin per month, would 10 L3+ mine 10 coins in the same time? Or would it be higher then 10?

Thanks!

Of course. Expected rewards are linear in the hash rate.
You probably want to check out the mining calculator on the website.

It's not that straight forward.. The firmware gives you a rough estimate of the hash rate the miner is doing. The Pool shows the hash rate that its registering from the miner over the network.

For example .. one of my miners registers 620 on the miner, but i have seen it spike up to 700+ on the pool. Then it might go as low as 580 according to the pool. the fluctuation is normal. It also can differ from pool to pool. The best thing to do is let it run for 24+ hours and see what the average is.

I came across an article a while ago that explained it better but i cant find it atm.

A few of my miners stale shares have been steadily increasing over the past couple months. Started at around .35% and slowly but surely gone up. One is even over 1% now. It's weird because it's only about half of them. Anyone have any suggestions?

Only if they can be merge-mined with Litecoin.

I just started mining LTC and I’m curious about the PPS rate. Does that fluctuate as the price of LTC goes higher or lower? Or will it stay the same over a fixed period of time?

How and when does the PPS ratio change?
The PPS ratio depends on factors such as the current network difficulty and market price of merged-mined cryptocurrencies. Since these elements can be highly volatile, the ratio can change at any time.

Thanks.  I did read that, but I was trying to find more in-depth information as to its variability within litecoinpool.org.  Like a chart showing PPS% over time.

We don't have a chart, but if you click on "View full history" on your account page you can see your full rewards history broken down by PPS rate.

I found an answer here https://www.reddit.com/r/litecoinmining/comments/nm9a1k/pps_ratio_480410/

It makes sense. The more LTC we can buy with our DOGE, the greater the PPS ratio. If DOGE goes down and LTC stays steady or goes up, it makes sense that the PPS would drop. TIL.

Ive got another (maybe outlandish) question.

Can you run (is it efficient enough) your L3+ with a 220PSU, then use a transformer to convert to 110 for the wall hookup.  I ask this because it might not be possible to add 220 where I'm at.

That depends on the PSU. it should say on the label if it can do both 110-120/220-240.

If its 220-240 only it will only run on 220. If it's 110-120 only and you connect it to 220 it can blow the PSU.

Many thanks to pooler and litecoinpool.org. The stars have briefly aligned for us scrypt miners. I never expected to be mining this much LTC with my trash rigs made from broken/patched-up L3 hashboards that have been glued and taped together. The party's over come November when the L7 starts shipping, but for now, enjoy this moment!

Hello. Someone on litecoinpool.org turned on two-factor verification instead of me. The mining address has also been changed. How can I regain access to my account?

waste of money.

the units only pull 700-900 watts.

bitmain apw3++ can run these on 120 watts.

the transformer that will work costs a lot do not do it.
