If this is true, then there should be no cricket in this time of the year in India. If this air pollution is not good for people, it will damage the players health by playing in open air or perhaps money for the cricket boards /ICC is more important than the Players Health ?

Not much idea about this air pollution things but this seems really something to worry. It's not just about cricket it's about a whole nation. Do they have this kind of pollution all the year or it's just a temp issue in there?

He has been sent rest by BCCI, as per BCCI, he needs mental rest for the upcoming series against WI, as a captain he was in very much pressure.

The air pollution is not new, Delhi has the highest level of air pollution for a decade and resting main players is because they are facing Bangladesh and they need to try new players.

Dhawan and KL Rahul gave a good start playing at a really slow run rate and everyone is finding it hard to score runs, Pant too lost his wicket and India will be lucky if they are able to score 130 runs and Bangladesh just outperformed them in the field and i was not expecting this performance even with the absence of Shakib, disappointed in how they perform and next time onwards have to check the team members before wagging a bet and this is a good experience.

Well I think India has not taken this series much seriously but looking at the score they should be worried LOL
149 target is not much for a team like Bangladesh even when their key player Shakib is not there.
Last few overs actually helped India a lot or this score could be worse.

Even all the criticism for their slow playing, India still managed to get 148 runs which is a very good score to defend against Bangladesh.

148/6  Not that good from Indian standards but considering the team that India have for today's match I think its OK I guess. Its upto Indian bowlers now to do the trick. We don't have regular bowlers today against Bangladesh but will this young bowling lineup really trouble Bangladesh today? What do you guys think?

India scored 18 more runs than you predicted, they waited till the last over to increase the run rate and it is a strategy Dhoni introduced to Indian cricket  .
This is not a huge total but if India struggled in this pitch i am not expecting Bangladesh to score freely either and India is playing with three spinners who performed well in IPL, Bangladesh started their batting.

I know India is a very very big country even some of the city in there in some cases larger than some of the country. But this pollution thing is really giving a bad publicity for the entire nation. They could have move the value in somewhere else.

Not saying that Bangladesh players are not used to this kind of conditions, if I am not wrong then their capital is one of the most polluted and populated area in the world.

No more comeback, India has lost the match with Bangladesh. Till 18th over there is a hope for the winning of India, the 19th over entire thing changed towards the side of Bangladesh. Finally Bangladesh recorded its first T20 international win against India. More to come with the coming matches.

Mushfiqur Rahim scored four boundaries in a row in the second last over and they won the match, stupid enough to wage a bet for India to win the match before seeing the team list as i thought there is no way that Bangladesh will win against India and here too everyone was talking about that and it looks like they played with everyone else's bet and those who waged a bet on Bangladesh made a fortune as the odds were over 5.
