I have seen in the news of several news channels that Pakistan has canceled the series due to ECB security issues. I understood which was true news and which was a rumor. But as far as I know, the coronavirus situation in Pakistan is now stable. Canceling the series for coronavirus does not seem reasonable.

Do not claim that the ECB cancellation was huge surprise, the cancellation was inevitable and i posted about that in my previous post. The reason they find may be unacceptable and i am yet to watch their official report about the cancellation of the tour. Whatever it may be i knew the tour to Pakistan by any other team including ECB Australia and even South Africa will not happen anytime soon.

If they can collect more than 160 runs, maybe that will be a good collection. Looking at their batting so far, it looks like they will be able to collect more than 170.

Nicholas Pooran Played well but 32 off 22 balls. It's not a bad thing but for today's match this run has been a little less. If a Marquette batsman like him had been at the crease for a while, maybe the match would have been for Punjab. But sadly He was dismissed for 32 off 22 balls and moved to the pavilion.

After the start PBKS had, I never thought that RR would be able to win. Kartik Tyagi was exceptional yesterday. A little bit more consistency, and he will be considered for the national T20 squad as well. He bowled an amazing last over yesterday, under extreme pressure. Can you really believe it? 4 runs needed for a win from the last over (3 for a tie) and PBKS had 8 wickets in hand. What was the probability of a RR win? 1%? And Punjab Kings managed just 1 run from that over, losing two wickets. How can this even happen?

After the 13th over, they were at 126/1 and needed just 60 more runs from 7 overs. But once Mayank Agarwal got out, their batting just collapsed. Nicholas Pooran made some big hits, but Aiden Markram on the other end was not able to score runs freely. And when Deepak Hooda came to the crease, he was under a lot of pressure and got out for a duck. Personally I thought that they could have sent Fabian Allen ahead of Hooda.

In fact Rajasthan Royals received a two year ban in 2015 from the IPL, for their links with match fixing activities. The owner of Rajasthan Royals (Raj Kundra) is currently imprisoned (not on match fixing charges, but for some unrelated offences). Complete cleansing is required in Indian cricket sector. There are a lot shady characters using cricket as a cover for their own illegal businesses. I thought that everything will be fine after UPA was defeated in 2014, and subsequently the Srinivasan/Pawar mafia was replaced. But it looks as if they still retain a lot of influence.

Punjab Kings really messed up the chase in the last over, all they need is to score 4 runs in the last over and they had 8 wickets in hand and i thought it was an easy win for them even when Kartik Tyagi came to bowl the last over because he gave away 24 runs in one over and he turned the match upside down and that was some incredible death bowling by a youngster under pressure, picking 2 wickets in the process and giving Rajasthan Royals an impossible victory from nowhere.

Yeah.. true. No one is going to take it seriously unless there is some big expose. The UAE is regarded as the epicentre of match fixing, and naturally there will be suspicion when we get outcomes like this. I don't want to downplay the contributions made by Abdul Rehman Bukhatir and a few others from the Emirates Cricket Board. But when an allegation occurs, all these contributions get downplayed. Anyway, let's hope that nothing of that sort happened at the ground and it was just my suspicion.

Anyway for the Sunrisers Hyderabad, it will be very difficult to compete in a meaningful manner against DC, if major players are absent. Natarajan had just recovered from the injury, and this was supposed to be his first major series after the recovery. Real bad luck for him.

According to ESPN Cricinfo, ECB cancelled the tour as a result of "Covid bubble fatigue". Security reasons are not mentioned in the statement from the ECB. For the PCB this is very disappointing. And Ramiz Raja (PCB chairman) has reacted very strongly to the cancellation, pointing out that since the start of the pandemic Pakistan has toured England two times, and New Zealand/West Indies once each. He claims that the "western bloc" is united in its stance against Pakistan. Anyway, good to see that he's not blaming the BCCI now.

I have watched this match in its entirety, I have always been a supporter for Punjab Kings but I think Mustafizur Rahman The match, which was given only 4 runs in the 19th over, took a complete turn. Karthik played a unique role in the last over.

Just look at the equation they had at the end of 18th over - 8 runs needed with 8 wickets in hand, and 12 balls to spare. Is it even possible to lose the match from this position? And the last over was bowled by Kartik Tyagi, who had conceded 28 runs in his first 3 overs. I have my doubts. And anyone who had watched yesterday's match would agree with my observations.

SRH scored just 61 runs in 10.1 overs, losing 4 wickets in return. They have lost important batsmen. Collecting more than 120 runs is now difficult for them. 120 or 130 runs is not enough to fight against a strong batting lineup like DC. However, I bet DC would win. I'm happy to win the bet.

It's a bit unreal, but it's the truth. Rajasthan Royals team has made an excellent comeback in last two overs. Mustafizur Rahman and Kartik Tyagi were phenomenal in their death bowling performances. Kartik Tyagi is our hero after he defends just 4 in the final over. We are on the verge of an unbelievable result in the IPL. Keep following for a last-minute twist.
