An interesting thing about this series is that the target for each match was 151 runs. South Africa set a target of 151 runs to Pakistan Women in the first two matches. In the last match, Pakistan Women's team batted first, and they also set a target of 151 runs. However, the South African women's team could not win any match. The team lost in every match. In the last match, I expected a slightly better performance from the South African women's team. Pakistan was the host country. And Pakistan Women's team has been able to win in every match. Actually, the South African women's team is not too weak. Still, I don't know why they performed so poorly in every match of the series against Pakistan.

Analyzing in all aspects, it can be understood that South Africa women's team is stronger than Pakistan's women's team in the T20 format. Any team is stronger at home. Pakistan whitewashed their opponents South Africa women's team as they played on their home ground. In three matches we saw a surprise, scoring 150 runs in the first innings in all three matches. However, South Africa Women had a chance to win the 3rd match but lost the match due to poor finishing. South Africa Women's opening two batting scores were good, but the finishing batting strike rate was low.

I thought the South African women's team was quite strong. But I am very surprised by their performance in this series. The South African women's team failed to win even one of the three-match series. Their overall performance in all three matches was quite poor. Their main weakness was that their batsmen could not bat at a good strike rate. Their batting is very slow. This is the reason why despite not losing many wickets in every match, their runs collection does not go beyond 150. However, these two teams will play three ODI matches. Despite losing every match in the T20 series, we hope the South Africa Women's team will be able to perform better in the ODI format.

Not very long ago, Pakistan women were not performing well at all. But this performance from Pakistan women against South African women was really incredible. Now we certainly cannot say that they are a better team compared to the South African women’s team just based on one series. And let’s remember that this was a T-20 series. So we cannot say that the Pakistan women’s cricket team is overall better compared to the South African women’s team. But I have to agree that Pakistan women’s team is definitely improving very quickly. And I think that improvement is going to transition to other formats of cricket.

But they have made a strong comeback to draw the series 2-2, with one match remaining. With this win the T20 series between the two team is drawn. The first two matches were won by England and it seems that England will easily win the series but all the credit goes to the new Zealand team, who fought back and won the last two matches and leveling the series.

Next we will see the ODI matches between the two teams that will begin from 8 September. Both teams will play four ODIs between them and I am siure it will be an exciting series to watch.
