Yesterday night, Afghanistan got a victory for long to them. That was not a close match, both teams fought to each other as well. I think you don't have full confirmation about this match or you have some misunderstanding here. In this post, you said "We were very excited to see Ireland winning the first ODI", and later in your own post you discovered that in the second ODI, we were thinking that Ireland would win and something change would happen but I want to correct you that these are not a series of ODI, this is the series of T20 and Ireland didn't win any ODI match in this series. They won a tour match and a T20 match that was played before yesterday's match of this series.

Yesterday Rashid Khan was on fire, he was just coming from a back injury and now he is playing this match in a fit mood. He didn't lose his form after injury, I think he got a better type of playing after injury. He played in bowling and batting meanwhile injury can do nothing for Rashid Khan.
