Not sure what you mean about 70x turnover to claim rakeback though. You get rakeback rightaway, the 70x wager requirement is for bonuses (rain, and the hourly/daily/weekly contests). My tactic now is to use the 70% RB rushhour to wager 50% of my bonus wager requirements at house edge games.

Am I missing something here? I thought too that the rakeback is subjected in wagering requirements because I didn't notice additional funds when I'm playing while my bonus balance keeps increasing when I'm playing. No, I don't think so. I don't know if they have a way to track your rakeback or not. There doesn't appear to be one. You pretty much just have to keep an eye on your account balance.

But even though one can not track how much rake back has been earned,  one can still manually calculate it from your total wager amount in the period,  and once you get that accuracy it becomes easy to know how much to expect at the end of the month as rake back.

So even though the casino does not publicly display the amount earned at least the player can still have a clue of what to expect at the end of the month.

I think you're definitely missing something here. I get all my rakeback immediately as it ends. You can try it now, it starts 9am forum time and goes on for 2 hours. Try wagering a bit. And then after 2 hours (11am forum time) you will see your wallet has an amount, and what you get in bonus is probably from hourly contest.

I don't know how to keep track, I do it "manually".

Normally in-house game will set around 2% house edge so for every $1000 wagered Blackjack.fun will collect $20 then the player will get back 70% or $14
What if no bonus pending on your account, do you keep on hunting for this rakeback?

I don't have it off the back of my head but I know BJ is 1%, if not even lower (if you count during rakeback).

I generally only wager a lot to get bonus, but for sure, if I am chasing something (even contest) then it's rakeback time.

And 70% rakeback is active every day for 2 hours, from 9am to 11 am UTC (same as forum time). So no need to wonder and wait for the VIP or Elite seat cashback just play these 2 hours and you'll get a lot of your house edge back

Don't worry about tracking bankroll. Just use the rush hour to wager what you need (either to win contest for bonus, and then later for the bonus itself). Consider the rakeback as a bonus. But don't "count" them before they hatch. Bad, bad gambling strategy, trust me I know lol

In that logic, with 1%, if you gamble 1000 and lose 10 dollars, then you get 7 of it back, so they make 3 dollars on that one. That's 0.3% house edge, very very little if you ask me, definitely not really a sustainable thing for the casino.

Obviously there are people who gamble 1000 dollars and lose 100+ dollars, or they gamble that much and win 100+ dollars, that's a whole another topic, but as a casino they do not like individually to each player, and overall should be them making 1% from all of us combined, and with this it's no longer 1% but for them it's 0.3% and that's very little. Most people gamble on roulette or even on slots, where the house edge is 4% or higher. Some slots I believe house edge is even 7% and if you play American roulette with extra "00" is 5.2%!

So in effect if you apply 70% rakeback to 7% house edge, you're reducing the house edge to 2.1%. That's a huge difference in a wagering target.

I hope you don't do something illegal and violate their TOS so they have to investigate your withdrawal for so long and it may take a while if it's a complicated case, but patience will be the key to your problem now or wait for someone from their team to reply to the complaint You are here.

I read a lot of this kind of issue that investigation on game is involved which is very slow to resolve since the casino itself doesn’t have the ability to verify it themselves. Other reputable has a record of this kind of issue and gave same estimated date for the result but later on make an early action.

This will be a good PR if Blackjack.fun will manage to resolve the issue without maxing out the said deadline for the investigation. It will be too frustrating to wait for the lock funds while the crypto value is already insane because he might missed the profit of pumping market if the price suddenly correct while the investigation is still ongoing.

Sorry but it seems I missed the real problem, according to replies from other users here, it seems there is an issue you have with blackjack which is supposedly the reason why your withdrawal is being delayed for this long...

20 days is more than long enough for me to wait for my withdrawal to be processed, not to talk of 6 whole months  ..

What exactly is the problem which results to this delay? (if you mind pointing me to it please) or is this just a normal withdrawal that is being delayed for this long? Unlikely I believe...

A few days ago I left a message to support asking where I can find the history of my games. I still haven't received any response, so I'm asking the same question here.

I played exclusively house blackjack all the time and the results are very strange to me, considering that the game has a house edge of only 0.50%, that is, due to the daily rakeback of 20%, the actual house edge is 0.40% (due to rush hour, it is below 0.40% in the long term). I'm quite below the mathematical expectations and I want to check the history of the games or at least have the support give me information on how much I invested in the game in total. I can easily calculate the rest myself
