Hey dimonstration,

Maximum game API request time for last 2 hour's has been 81ms. (Includes time when you played)  Average is < 15ms

It is super fast on all my devices. Getting a lot of compliments for the game speed. It needs some investigation from your side.

It's odd because I'm experiencing this issue on both my desktop and handheld devices despite I'm using different browser and internet connection. Do you any recommend on how to troubleshoot this problem because I'm experiencing this issue since the new update.

I really like the house blackjack but this slow game play makes me stop using it for a while and just use evolution gaming speed blackjack table.

@dimonstration these are generic hacks which usually apply to all websites and I have tried these for casino sites so try these and see if it helps: 1) clear cache and cookies on your chosen browser, update it to the latest version and switch off VPN if it’s on. 2) reach out to your ISP to collect more data why it’s slowing the site down probably some issue at their end. Lastly if nothing works out try using a new device eg if you’re using an android try and see if switching to an iPhone works because at times I have seen switching devices works on casinos sites.
well, on a normal level, i personally think that clearing the cache and cookies on the browser app by going into the phone's settings, and also going into the browser setting to clear the cache and cookies for the websites individually does help solve the issue he is experiencing, and also turning off VPN if he us using one could also help too.
I don't know about him experiencing the same thing on his computer, I myself mostly use my mobile phone for gambling since I find it more convenient, and whenever i face any issue of slowness or any kind, what i said above is what i usually do, and that always solved my problem.

For computer, he can try closing all apps, and shutting down the computer completely, take the battery out if its a laptop, then insert back the battery after about 30 seconds, then turn the computer back on, this could help help most especially if the computer has been on or in hibernation for a very long time.

I was about to play today to find out if blackjack house game is already fixed on my side but I decided to skip after seeing no bonus on my balance. I’m skeptical to play the evolution gaming blackjack because it’s very hard to sit on 5$ minimum bet  table due to limited table. My on,y way to enjoy this rake is by playing blackjack house game or risk playing on high minimum be table game.

Is the boost on for multiple bets still active on sportsbet. I rarely visit that part of the casino due to slow loading of odds.

You have to be more patient waiting for the admin back to online and send direct messages there is no other way to contact him. We as old users know the main problem in this casino is the support team , they lack a team to respond some problems I know about this since I joined. Sometimes it takes a week to reply your email it can also take longer if there are multiple reports in the queue. We've advised them to look for additional teams but it looks like nothing has changed so far , as far as I know this casino is managed by around 4 people including the admin on the forum.

@shoreno I will try message in chat for you hope admin sees.

@shoreno it’s the weekend give the admin some time because I’m sure that once he’s online during the week he’ll probably answer your request at the earliest.

I'm not sure if the rep from blackjack.fun saw your message. They were active on the forum a few days ago, but it seems like they haven't acknowledged your request yet. I get that account recovery with failed 2FA can be tough. They need to make sure it's a legit request, which likely takes time. Why didn't you save your 2FA backup key though?

Still, it would be nice if they could at least respond to your question. I wouldn't give up just yet if I were you. Wait until you hear back from their support.

Sadly, the removal of live support feature makes the connection to the support harder than before. Admin Aria was very helpful to all my query but now a simple bug inquiry too on my side is very hard to convey with the team.

Do you try discord? Can your post here your blackjack.fun username so that we can help you to notify admin once they are online on chat box. How much money still stuck on your balance?

They are planning to make their live support feature exclusive to their high roller when their VIP was implemented which is still not working until now. I just hope that they keep the love support active before the VIP program was implemented so that players will not be blinded when there’s a problem encountered.

I have no problem too on deposit and withdrawal on all of the currency compared before. They also remove their manual withdrawal feature since I can withdraw instantly on Bitcoin last week wehn I play. This is the good thing they made before they remove live support.

AH you mentioned something really important and I confirm, withdrawals are back to auto, but this could be related to the amount as my last big one was still manual.

And yes, I think the VIP implementation can wait, site needs to fix basic things for all users first. Personally us old VIPs are already used to it, I prefer good basic support and information system as we still find out things like this from forum and chat.

Finally,Something big coming again in the casino and I hope this is related to the VIP program or improvement of house games. I confirm that the live support feature is now working since I can manage to call a representative when I try this feature. This is not available the last time I want to ask some inquiry to the admin related to the game.

2. Telegram 

When did you announce the telegram channel? The information is not available to the website. Only discord, facebook and instagram is available on the social media links on the bottom part of the casino. Can you share here or update the telegram link on the website?

Regarding customer support, we have a active customer support on the site.  We are answering mails (info@blackjack.fun), Discord, Telegram. Bitcointalk forum is not our customer support channel. License validator link was working before. We fix it with next Front-End update.
I had made a post about it in the forum with a hope that you would look into it. Then I sent a message to the email support on 29th July as you weren't active in the forum. Unfortunately, the email support hasn't replied to my message yet. efialtis also said that he hasn't heard anything back despite sending emails. I'm wondering why the email support is ignoring some of us if they are answering mails!

To be honest, blackjack.fun lacks a team to handle all the questions we know it since 2 years ago then they provide live support to solve it
But in fact there is no special team on duty there, we know there is Aria as the admin there but he's part of the development team which doubles as customer support
even though they provide more social media it will be useless if they don't add a special team there, problems like these can hinder the growth of blackjack.fun.

I agree with you. They definitely need to add a dedicated customer support team. The current situation is not sustainable. There should always be someone available to answer customer questions. This way, it can't lead to long wait times for customers and won't lead to frustration when customers don't get the help they need quickly.

A dedicated customer support team would be able to provide faster and more reliable support to customers. This would make a more attractive option for players, and it would help the site to grow.
