I don't have to defend this site but I'll point out that he didn't make a "classic bump - one word " but also wrote other information.
It's true that bumps need to be deleted (imagine a sales topic in which there are 100 identical "bump" messages... basically a thread with just one word/many pages wouldn't make sense)....
In this case other information/text/comment was provided and it is clearly the previous post doesn't need to be deleted.
I hope this clarifies your report, I am not a moderator ... but having used the forum for many years I think I can provide my opinion on the matter

my 2 cents: it is useless to report EVERYTHING here on topic since this is not the right approach. Why just not use "report to moderator button"? It helps other people interested in this gambling site and avoid annoying discussion that led to nothing
