I'm a believer of Ethereum and one day we will have another bull run =). Ethereum have more usability and having the largest crypto community. The number two position will be a battle for XRP and Eth until the update for Ethereum implemented then Ethereum will again unchallenged at number 2 spot.

have spoken ill of ethereum several times because have been disappointed with the team management of the economics. ethereum should not be in a state contesting for the 2nd position but have not enjoyed a stable or stronger volatility state. Expect for the approaching halving, nothing might actually keep the coin in that position.

Very great for Ethereum. The price has surged quite well since 3 days now. Let it just keep up with the momentum and remain in second place behind the boss.

Of course it is positive news for all ETH fans.. but just a bit ahead of XRP.
So basically it could change in 1 hour time.
And, IMHO 120$ is very low price for such a great coin like ETH.. back to 300$ would make it different

That's nice, a good move for ethereum, It was expected. As at yesterday, I saw that ethereum was still at number 3 and I knew it will just be for a short while. I hope this should stay this time. I think ripple is a strong coin because its the biggest rival of ethereum though we don't know the capitalization of both, any slight change ripple always takes eth position but that's always going to be just temporary.

Ethereum lost the number 2 position in volume, not from reality! Everyone does know ETH position have fixed after the Bitcoin place! Though Ripple is a very good coin and it is likely fixed the third position for a long time but it is not like the Ethereum in potential or Popularity!

ETH is one of the strongest, however, to keep this place will be very difficult, given that XRP (Ripple) enlists the support of very large investors / funds (CME Ventures, Google Ventures, Digital Ventures, Seagate and many others). I think this fight for the second place will last for a long time.

This change wasn't really ideal if you are longing for a long term trend. This kind of trend usually happens and it's not a new thing in the market, XRP and Ethereum has been fighting for the 2nd highest market cap in the crypto market. I don't see some significance that this trend can change the whole market conditions, these two still stays the same with other altcoins by depending on the movements and speculations about bitcoin's price.

ETH is a very good coin. In this red market ETH price was going down and stay on number three on coinmarketcap. Now ETH recover his two number position. Its a very good news for crypto lover and also crypto market. Its start of green market.

Hopefully the start of green market will help people realize the true meaning of holding asset. Previously, that was too regretful for everybody who prefers to hold and yet all price fall down as per expectations failed. However, we can't blame some folks had anxieties on their asset which they choosed to dump it even though it hasn't increased at profitable price due to fud and fake news coming. The signs of eth ranking at number 2 provided hope to all hodlers, in order to purse their asset towards gaining journey for future market rise.
