In my country these computer forums have rules that you cant ask for more than you paid. At least for the just released cards.

I ordered an RTX 3060 Ti yesterday, only to have the shop call me and say it was a mistake and they don't actually have it.

Last week I saw a bunch of RTX 3060 Ti, at least 6 of them, with my own eyes in a shop but they refused to sell any since "they need them to assemble gaming configurations".

Most used card ads that are over a day or two old have already been sold and/or the prices no longer apply, but the sellers didn't bother to delete the ad.

So there's a long way between seeing a card listed online and actually getting it in your hands for the quoted price. The price for a used RX 5700 (XT) is €400 only if you manage to actually get the card in your hands for €400. Otherwise it's just random numbers on the internet.

You can order the card and get it with that price, but the delivery time might be long.

For used cards you have to be fast, like 30 mins max. and when i said about the forums that is use there is also rule that you have to sell for the first person who offers the asking price.

Not worth the money, but wtf why not.

Nice.  Can you tweak the power down with out losing mhs?

3090's are the easiest 3000's series to get.  I can't justify getting one cause of the power and longer roi.  I see a lot of people getting them when they get frustrated looking for a 3080 and compare the cost to the 3080 resale market.

I have yet to "win" the chance to purchase something from the shuffle but the purpose of it is so if you get the chance to purchase it is there for you without worrying about running out and you can purchase at your leisure in the window period.

I would have pressed for a supervisor if it was a combo I wanted.  It's obviously a technical issue as the items are supposed to be put in your cart, a behind the scenes api check to verify you are a shuffle winner and then you place the order.

I don't think the rep understood how this works and he/she was obviously not a professional customer service agent.  If you try to early you can't purchase as it has to be in the "purchase" window period, but I think you were in it if the time stamps were PST.  I would escalate to non-chat customer service if for no other reason than the training moment and the reps "lol" comment.  That's worth a $50 gift card at least.

At least your missing doge was found.

yeah only thing i changed was i deleted my last name.

i have a link that specifically says that the entire point of the shuffle is for this to not happen.

makes me pretty sure they take the stock buy it and still on ebay at the large markups.

the only reason i got the 3090 last week is the mark up on them is too low for them to bother to do it.

Nice!  Good drop there in power.  I think you might be able to get down to 265 ish.

When I got back into mining last May I was calculating everything at around a 10 month roi.  That 3090 falls right into that time frame.

I was also able to reuse PSU's, an old rig I had lying around and get a open air 8card mining case for $50, a zotac mining mobo for $40 and some clearance Roswell pcie riser card 6 packs for crazy low price.  I can't duplicate any of that now.

For 3000 cards I have

1 3080
4 3060 ti's

I know enough to say the trezor doge blockchain is having an issue connecting to the official doge block chain

and of course in true corporate speak they blame the official chain.

I did really well on the doge, but I would offload more if they let me.

It sounds like Newegg is over notifying the number of winners that they send notification to in case people back out much like how airlines over sell flights just to cover people that cancel.  They should have more of a waiting list type thing for the shuffle.  Have a winners batch and then have a round two for the people that backed out or did not purchase in the time frame offer it to the waiting list people then instead of over selling.  Hey you didn't win but you're on the waiting list in case the people that did win back out of their purchase.

My order did go through but I did not receive any shipping information yet so now I'm nervous.

So very wrong when compared to this:

Two market cycles already showed that you don't have to sell your gpus.

Gpu supply shortage can also affect the situation.

At least try to find another location to expand.

Unless you are maxed out and you can't find another location to expand, if you really think about it, if you sold and replace your gpu with x2 more powerful gpus then your 2GH farm will be 4GH but if you expanded you have 6GH.

For example, if your card is worth 300$ now, how much did it earn/will it earn if you didn't sell them? Is it 300$ or less? or more?

Now if the tech have another leg up, your 300$ card might be worth a 100$ or less.might not be worth the hassle anymore to sell them hehe, can give them away to kids LOL.

Eth is pushing 1600
paying about 9 cent an mh at viabtc.

so the 3090 I just hooked up is 113x0.09 = $10.17 a day.  It burns 320 watts  (whole 1 card rig) or 7.68 kwatts make it 8 kwatts.  My winter power cost is 10 cents so 80 cents in power make it $1.17 my card is clearing 10.17-1.17 = $9.00 a day

230 days = 2070 which was what I paid for it.
