His statement is only libel if its assertively not true. More people here agree with him that calling BSV "the real bitcoin" is a lie than not. Ergo, no libel has taken place. BCH forked out in 2018 November with Wormhole Protocol among other implementations.

These forks come from disagreements amongst miners, if they did not exist, we would have a full on dictatorship. This is the beauty of the Bitcoin economic model. With the UASF Blockstream has literally done the polar opposite in an attempt to limit the blocksize and hold all your funds in their lightning network.
