I get put off by a fake team, they are just out to enrich their pockets, this altcoin BSV seem to be the worst of them all, even attempting to get all legal with it, This is one project that is doomed to fail because its founder is faketoshi..Oh, I will get to be sued this time. Worried about my trust rating? I am too. Bitcointalk users ‘Lauda’ and ‘gmaxwell’ have abused their superior powers in trust system to align their views with the ‘correct views.’ In no legal system in any jurisdiction do we have a definition for what Bitcoin is, they do not have the power to tell us what it is based on the rule of law.

Here's the pertinent parts of what he had to say regarding the copyright registration issue: Stephan Kinsella on The Agora podcast with Sal MayweatherIn my view, the reason why he filed this is similar to the reason why he filed all his patents. Its a PR move, to try to confuse people who don't understand patent and copyrights that well, to make them think that you have the imprimatur of the government, like the government's already approved your claims. Its to either impress investors, or to keep investors or partners from running away in a panic. Or its to psychologically try to push people to switch from BTC to BSV, or from BCH to BSV.
My guess is he's doing this as just a big smokescreen to try to convey the impression to everyone that, "Oh of course he's really Satoshi. After all the government has granted me the patents on this... After all the government has granted me a copyright on this, they've recognized my claims." He also has some really sensible statements at the end about how copyright bullying and patent trolling go against the libertarian ideals of bitcoin, and that the community should stand together to reject people who attempt to use the power of the state to enforce their ideals when it comes to bitcoin. |

Scam but it keeps rising in price, wish I bought some when it was at $50, Already ranked 8th and it may end up overtaking bitcoin cash at this rate, I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Its really hilarious how it is about to surpass BNB though since binance delisted SV.

Bitconnect also managed to rise several hundred dollars in price even after most people knew it was a scam. I'll start to be impressed if BSV can manage to surpass BCH. Until then, consider me unimpressed. |

Most of "the potential market" is ignorant about crypto. A price figure is not a proof of anything. If you doubt it, why won't you buy some Bitconnect ?  We should teach people, not try to fool them for personal gain. Yet there is some "doctor" telling them about bitcoin and going on TV. Can you imagine the deceit they will go through once they understand they've been fooled ? Hopefully it will backfire and hit the false self-acclaimed prophets. This is what I love about Bitcoin. It has a great immunity system. BCH ? Megablocks ? Yeah right ... When flippening ? You are satoshi ? Show signed msg from addresses that got early block rewards. Life is simple. Please keep going on with your pointless smear campaign.. |

That’s incorrect, they literally bought a NEW computer at the store, unpackaged it and Craig signed the keys on that computer because Gavin told him to. This was 100% documented in the ‘Satoshi Affair’ piece by Andrew O’Hagan (Who also believes Craig is Lying). |
