Guys... it is 2 days late... Whoopie Doo... First batch had issues with the boards, I am sure they were working on fixing the issues we all had with Batch 1 (just look at the early horror stories)
Alternatively you can always order your next miner from KnC, BFL, Bitmine, Black Arrow, Spoondoolies and wait few months to get your product...
Now sit back, go back few pages and re-read some of the post people have posted as you will have the issues we all had instead of asking the same questions all over again without doing any reading.
I hope you will all receive your Batch 2 as soon as possible...

I guess we can expect a diff increase estimated come tue and wed Sorry gang but the downtrend in BTC is not over for now.....we need to get above $450 and hold to start a new uptrend IMO. So watch for fire sales if you are believer...me I am selling my ants on ebay while they still have value Not saying it wont be worth something someday but for now....it cottage craft for fun....even at free elec its cheaper to buy the BTC now and forget the trouble shooting Bitmain.....the S2 is okay....I am sure they will dial it in ....yes the drivers has some weakness and the build was not what everyone expected but its not that bad.....just too expensive for the value...is all.

Shenzhen, China 04/13/2014 12:55 A.M. Departure Scan Shenzhen, China 04/12/2014 11:35 P.M. Origin Scan China 04/10/2014 3:41 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS
While I can appreciate the amount of shipping Bitmain does, pulling the old print the label 2 days in advance so you appear to "make" a timeline is a bit cheesy nutz IMO. My order said shipping out BEFORE April 10th, the late departure insured the weekend would come into play so 4 day delay or 0.32BTC lost @ $450 = $144 lost revenue or 4% of ROI. Lucky for Bitmain they are the only ones delivering from stock. Hope to see a coupon for the next round of S2's...

I am an avid stock and option trader and to be honest BTC appears to be completing an ABCDE pattern of a bull flag granted a very large one.
So I am optimistic we break higher here soon....but I can only say the odds are greater than 50% based on experience ....its actually just over 60% but obviously that does not guarantee anything.
Any new firmware out for the S2 to fix the stats issues?
Thanks

When I apply this firmware upgrade, do I just upload the .TAR file to the S2 or do I have to unzip the TAR file first?

Looks neat... but for what? Only 100a on the 12v line. Most people here aren't going to be plugging into a USB header to get output. And expensive!! Rosewill 1300 is $100 cheaper, 108a on the 12v line (so can drive 3xS1 OCd), and is also "up to 92% efficient" despite being gold and not platinum. M Its the intangibles that make the 1200 unbeatable, see my sig for a breakdown. Its also comfortably 110a 24/7 due to how Corsair rates it. 23dba fan at full load, 93% eff at full load, 7 year warranty. I've looked at your PSU guide before, thanks. I've had bad experiences with Corsair. Manufactuer specs: Corsair ax1200iRosewill 1300The specs for this 1200 says "80 PLUS Platinum certified, delivering up to 92% energy efficiency under real-world load conditions". The Rosewill 1300 says "> 87%, Up to 92%". Corsair provides an efficiency graph, which show ~93% with 220v at 100% load. For most US folks, we use 115, which works out to 90% at full load. Rosewill doesn't give a graph. However knowing how higher voltage leads to more efficiency, I would imagine the Rosewill would do better at 220v as well. Both are 7 year warranties. Corsair clearly states 100.4A on the 12v rail. Rosewill clearly states 108A on the 12v rail. If I ran the 1200 at 110A and it blew, what would I tell Corsair? Doggie said I could? The Corsair has a 120mm fan. The Rosewill has a 140mm fan. Please, I'm curious, can you point out what's so much better about the $100 more expensive Corsair? M It'll increase your loss by $100 ? (oh wait that's not better ) As for this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=515448.msg6174864#msg6174864dogie - exactly how stupid are you?

May I be the first to congratulate edgar on the arrival of his S2(s)! (Too soon?) Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too soon, but thanks for the consideration. Its always nice to know someones thinking about ya! Scheduled Delivery: Thursday, 17/04/2014, By End of Day Last Location: Arrived - Shenzhen, China, Sunday, 13/04/2014 Hope you enjoy the extra few BTCrumbs, Bit你一塊狗屎main! Shipping BEFORE 10th was a lie and we all know it. Lucky for you, your fangirls didnt allow too much 'beef' to sour your name & thread. I hope the issues with B1 have been rectified in B2 & not merely pre-mined for a change!
