Yes before the last 2 weeks the record was really good against Liverpool 2 draws and 2 wins, which is probably at the time one of the best records for a Spanish team vs Liverpool.

There've been really terrible weeks for Dortmund in the Champions League lately. Because they lost to Ajax by 4-0 and 3-1 two times in a row. And while they were like this, Sporting were finishing Besiktas by 4-0 and 4-1 consecutively. After these results, Ajax have guaranteed promoting to the last 16 round. And it seems like Dortmund won't guarantee their job so easy as they have the same points with the third Sporting now. If they manage to defeat Sporting away, then they will be comfortable.

You didn't observe closely,the Fred and Mac tominay combination did work against Tottenham, also Cavani dropped/dropping deep to support midfielder's in that game,Paul pogba wasn't in that game, Rashford wasn't a starter their.

Manchester City must be extremely mobilized in this game, because winning will remove all questions about reaching the next stage of the tournament and ensure first place in the group. Perhaps it could be said for Salah in previous seasons that he lacks consistency and stability and does not play all games at the same level but this season he plays fantastically and is unstoppable in all matches.
I think Salah is currently in the category of 3 or 4 best footballers in the world, and with him Liverpool has a very good chance of winning the Champions League again.
Other obvious favorites are Manchester City, Chelsea, Bayern, PSG and Real.

It doesn't really matter if PSG had a tie or even a loss in this game because they are already "there". I mean it is obvious that we will see PSG go to next stage and they are going to face someone at higher level. What they get on these games do not matter that much anymore and they will be fine. Obviously it is not going to be easy to win the whole UCL this way, they need to get better but the next stage is so far off and they will probably get that too, so it s going to be a bit more time before they face an elimination situation. During that period the team will be more ready, they will have more chemistry and they will be fine.

Actually when it comes to this season, Mohamed Salah has been quite consistent for a long time. In his last 10 official games at Liverpool, he scored goal(s) in 8 of those games. And he scored 15 goals and made 6 assists in 14 games which is another very impressive statistics. But I understand that you mean this could change at some point in this season. I hope that it doesn't. He is a very crucial player for Liverpool and he has a huge contribution to the team.
