For sure Carrick won't change anything but neither Pochettino. He doesn't have any magic wand to transform Man Utd in 2 weeks or so. I dont know if they should risk Dybala for this match at all. With Juventus already passing the group stage they can even save some players in this match. It's hard to say. On the one hand, Juve needs to focus on the next top league match against Atalanta Bergamo to not lose touch with ranks which are qualifies for the CL or even Euro League.
Thus, one could assume that they might not take the match quite so seriously. On the other hand, Juve has no interest in falling back to second place, because otherwise much tougher opponents await them in the next round than if they were to finish first.

Rumors about Pochettino seem to spread quickly but indeed, I personally also like Pochettino who seems to be better in the EPL than in Ligue 1. Perhaps because Juventus is qualified already and they may not force themselves to win the game while Chelsea is in a big motivation to make a revenge.
It is obvious that Chelsea has better squad and better strategy than Juventus but what we see from the all result of Juventus so far, they had a better luck than Chelsea.
Coming to the odds, double chance seems to be the best option to bet unless you are very sure that Chelsea will win the match.

In my opinion, this is an extremely wrong decision - even with a weak opponent, this tactic brought minimal results.
