Actually when it comes to this season, Mohamed Salah has been quite consistent for a long time. In his last 10 official games at Liverpool, he scored goal(s) in 8 of those games. And he scored 15 goals and made 6 assists in 14 games which is another very impressive statistics. But I understand that you mean this could change at some point in this season. I hope that it doesn't. He is a very crucial player for Liverpool and he has a huge contribution to the team.

In last few seasons he is very crucial and important part of this Liverpool squad with his best performance if he has nothing serious issue in rest of season I am having feeling for him, he can take top scorer rank and go through best player for them. With some good support from other few players, they can do very impressive for this season. Few critics believe he is not consistence, but it's happen to any player because they are humans, and they have some good and bad time all going with them in all seasons.

The Sheriff is definitely the biggest surprise this season in all European competitions.

Inter have made a really huge comeback in their group. They had two consecutive games against Sheriff Tiraspol. Inter managed to defeat them by 3-1 in both games and captured the second place with 7 points being 2 points behind the leader, Real Madrid. Before these games, Sheriff got 6 points and Inter got only 1 point. It feels really good to see Inter bringing the situation to this level. But I still appreciate Sheriff's high effort a lot. Not at all. The only reason that Roma is relatively highly ranked in the table is because the other teams suck. Roma loses almost every second game. et they are ranked fifth. On the other hand look at how Milan and Napoli are doing. That is the benchmark. Roma won't play an important role in this competition.

Yeah sure, Sherrif got 2 games but do we really assume that they would go up? It is obvious from the start that Inter would go up and that is what is going to happen as well. I get that nobody expected a team like Sheriff to be this close, it is like a fairy tale for them to be even third and go to europa to be honest, most of the time people expected them to lose every single game, maybe even get dominated so hard that they would get 5-0 and worse scores as well.

I am happy that it didn't happen that way, and it is good to see low level teams to finally give a fight to the big clubs and it is always fun to watch Real Madrid losing. However none of that changes a thing, it is definitely a good situation for Inter right now.

they can't compete anymore here 2 more games left in the group phase their opponents are liverpool and athletico madrid. they will only be able to survive in this match I think because indeed these two clubs are the most superior in group B. a draw is a good thing for them at the moment.
on the other hand they may really really have to really focus on Serie A because indeed they are in a pretty good trend there and they have to take advantage of this momentum to be able to bring back the trophy after a long time the Serie A champion trophy disappeared from the San Siro.

Such impressive stats are some of the reasons Salah is demanding for more money and if he continues with this brilliant performance...the club will be forced to meet his demands! Just how old is Salah by the way, trying to calculate his chances of succeeding.

When these groups are tabled after the draws we all speculate on which teams are likely to go through, and 60% of the time we are usually wrong about it when the results start coming in , and inter is among those teams we thought had a safe passage to the next stage but are now in a place we can not imagine they will find themselves in a few months back. What we should all know is that Champions league football is different from Lalliga,Seria A,premier league or any other league.It is a game of the champions.

In principle, no one considered Chelsea such a likely favorite of the last Champions League draw, but step by step the team first reached the final, and then was able to win the main match. And as for a separate match, with due luck and diligence, any team in the current Champions League draw can win against any team and the example of the Sheriff from Tiraspol shows this perfectly. Moreover, we are talking about a not-so-weak team like Milan, which is one of the two leaders of the not-so-weak Italian championship. Therefore, I can calmly and responsibly say that in one particular match Milan could well beat Chelsea in its current form.

Agree here it's completely different from other European Leagues because we have some very exciting results even in this season when Sheriff beats Real Madrid, and recently we also have some big surprises like Juventus is not good in Italian League but having perfect record in Champions League same happen in case of Lille they are very poor in French League but beats Seville in their last game it is big game just strong and quality teams can survive here.

In AC Milan case they are currently second in Italian League, so they are trying to perform better their instead of here having just 1 points from four games is very poor from them but now after 2 games they can give some better performance in local league for better result at the end of this season.

Dortmund - Ajax game last night was another disappointment for the Dortmund side unfortunately. Hummels was shown a red card in the 29th minute and very tough minutes started for Dortmund after that. But surprisingly, they still managed to get ahead by the Reus' penalty goal in only 8 minutes. And they kept the score at 1-0 for a really long time too. But still, Ajax scored three goals in the last 20 minutes and won the game by 3-1. After this result, Ajax have guaranteed qualifying for the next round. Dortmund are still in danger as they have the same points as Sporting in the group now (6 pts).

That red card was the turning point of the game in my opinion. Hummels is a very important player in Dortmund's defense. His getting the red card and Dortmund being 10 men cost them the match. I was expecting them to win the game, maybe they would have as well if the red card didn't take place. Dortmund was able to somewhat hold Ajax off but they collapsed at the end. Dortmund will really need to win the next couple of matches in order to qualify.

I always say it that in as much as the team is in Champions league it should not be underrated. There are no underdogs in Champions league. If there exist it should be in Europa League. Anybody can win anyone.
The only little difference is experience.  Any club who has been in Champions league for much time will have more experience and any club which parades more Champions League experienced players will have an edge. That's just the difference.

I doubt Dortmund can actually make it through the group stage, it's still tough for them, Sporting won't let go without a fight and they still have a match with in Lisbon so keep that in mind, that match is the key to the next stage, but I think Sporting can do it and qualify instead of Dortmund, don't underestimate Sporting.
