Ready or not, Villarreal must face Liverpool in the second leg. Agree. 2 goals in the first Leg makes too difficult for Villareal to come back from the lose in Leg 2. I also think Liverpool is already qualified for the UCL Final this season. Moreover, if we look at the stats, Liverpool is too superior against Villareal. We only see 1 shot attempt made by Villareal during the match, while Liverpool made 19 shot attempts. If Villareal used the same strategy in the next Leg, surely there is no hope for Villareal to eliminate Liverpool.

With 2 goals down, i think Villareal are already in Liverpool trap. The result was predictable from the start and indeed with this result, Liverpool certainly now has the upper hand to advance to the final.

Villarreal did a really good job in the first half by keeping Liverpool at 0-0. But the second half was different of course. It wasn't hard to predict that Liverpool would start to play much more effective. Villarreal still tried to keep the same game plan in this half too but it didn't help them too much. Liverpool scored in the 53th and 55th minutes consecutively and got 2-0 ahead suddenly. Villarreal needed to take risks after this score I thought. But they still didn't take the risks they needed and they barely were able to keep the score at 2-0 until the end. But I already believe that Liverpool are in the finale now.

It was a simple game for the myserside club even though they find it hard to score on the first half, Villarreal seat deep too much and that's what causes the first goal, I think Liverpool would have scored more but they were going easy, watching the game you felt angry Inside seeeing villareal and not Bayern Munich, because the game was not interesting like yesterday own between Manchester City and Real Madrid.it was one sided, villareal don't seems to me as a good side.

I see Liverpool as the Champions League winner already because they have players or the team that are the players thar has proven to the world that they really want that the trophy and Also Manchester city too. But real Madrid are also in line to compete for the Champions League Title. The Champions League Trophy is now the survival of the first.

Liverpool did a clean job after all. So far Liverpool is sure to play in the finals but for Real Madrid and Manchester city it's still inconclusive the chances of having the table turn around between them is high

The match was quite tense for the audience because until the first half there were no goals. Liverpool and Villareal supporters must have had different expectations after the first half was drawn.

Liverpool fans think if the second half goes to the end of the game with no goals scored like the first 45, then their hopes of seeing their favorite team in the final are small.

Liverpool quality is the difference in this match, Liverpool did a very good job in the first leg. Villarreal were not able to develop their game at Anfield, 0 shots on target during the 90 minutes of the match proved Liverpool's defense was very disciplined and difficult for Villarreal players to penetrate. Conceded 2 goals in the first leg made Villarreal have to struggle to get 3 goals without reply in the second leg. I think it is impossible for Villarreal to get more than 2 goals from Liverpool, because Liverpool only need a draw or at least lose 1-0 in the second leg to advance to the final round.

I think it was because it was two big teams playing ( Manchester City Vs Real Madrid) both side have quality attacking players that's why they was goal festival, and both team played attractive and attacking football and scores lot of goals, Liverpool played a villareal side that don't have quality and don't play attractive football like Madrid and don't have good players like Manchester City so you can't expect both games to be the same, Real Madrid have players like Karim benzema while villareal have Paco Alcacer so what do you expect.

Villarreal weren't able to get a favourable result for themselves and it was no surprise to me as well. Liverpool were a completely different opponent for them than Juventus and Bayern Munich. It was too difficult for them to make the same game plan work against Liverpool too. I still don't think that they were too bad here of course but Liverpool still succeed in getting what they wanted. Winning this game by two goals should be enough for them to finish it in the rematch. I don't believe that Villarreal can even end 90 minutes ahead by 2 goals and play the extra time.

2 goals from Liverpool, yes it is a little bit only. We know how aggressive Liverpool and Villarreal only had very small ball possession and also couldn't even have any chance to shoot. It's a little bit interesting.
And Villareal was lucky enough wth 2 goals moreover it was in Liverpool home. Liverpool should make more than 2 goals actually.
