Pakistan won the toss at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai and decided to bat first but Afghanistan's bowling is very good. Pakistan's run rate is not increasing because of this. In the last four mission, a win for Pakistan against Afghanistan today will increase their chances of reaching the last four. Pakistan team has played four matches so far out of which they have won two and lost two. One is against India and the other is against Australia. Pakistan gets a solid total with Babar Azam scored 74 runs alongside the good performance of Iftikhar Ahmed scored 40 runs in 27 balls and Shadab Khan scored 40 runs in 38 balls in the final overs. 40 overs of World Class Spin by Afghanistan negotiated well by Babar Azam and Iftikhar was brilliant in the end. Afghanistan spin bowling very well Noor Ahmad picked 3 important wicktes by giving 49 runs in 10 Over. Naveen ul haq also picked 2 wickets by giving 52 runs in 7 Overs. I started the match at 47th over, where Iftikar was hitting sixes, he got out and last over turned out good for AFG and innings closed at 282, didn't know they were in position to not even score 250.

One thing I noticed is Babar relied heavily on running between the wickets today, out of 74 runs he made, only 4 fours and 1 six, a mere 22 runs.

I think the target of 283 runs on Indian pitches is not that strong. If Afghanistan's batsmen stay at the crease and provide a good start in the opening, their chances of winning the match can increase. Pakistan has one bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi who can be trusted more.Haris Roof performance has been very poor so far.Afghanistan team is not considered as a strong team, but Pakistan's bowling side is not that strong, so Afghanistan's chances of victory are bright.

Pakistan has won in previous matches also because of their good batting. Nine overs have been played so far, and the Afghanistan team has scored 60 runs without any wicket. From which it can be easily guessed that Pakistani bowlers have not been able to take any wicket of Afghanistan or control their run rate so far. Which is definitely disappointing for the Pakistani team.

Today Afghanistan doing impressive job specially after winning against England their moral is high, and they are feeling comfortable with today playing with four spinners was really brave decision which works for them even in last five overs both Shadab and Iftikhar done good job for Pakistan but still this is not enough as now Afghanistan openers are also having very aggressive approach against Pakistan useless attack which is having no depth and quality for taking early wickets in this event which is the biggest failure for them.
Pakistani spinners are also not effective as they need to be right now look like Afghanistan is going to have their first win against Pakistan in ODI and World cup Usama Mir and Haris Rauf both concede 53 runs in 7 overs which is clearly favoring Afghanistan.
