Afghanistan, Pakistan and New Zealand have won 4 matches each and have 1 match remaining. Afghanistan will play against South Africa, chances of victory are high for South Africa. So I don't see a chance for Afghanistan to play in the semi-finals. On the other hand, New Zealand will play against Sri Lanka, the chances of New Zealand winning are high. Pakistan will play against England, the chances of Pakistan winning are high. So I think Pakistan and New Zealand have more chances to play semi final. Between Pakistan and New Zealand, the team having NRR + can play in the semi-finals. I think New Zealand can make it to the semi-finals.

They could have ended Australia within 120-130, but played like amateurs towards the end. Maxwell delivered a legendary performance and helped his team qualify for the semi-finals.

Right now i think New Zealand are the favourite to quailify for the semi finals. They are on a better run rate as compared to Pakistan and a big win against Srilanka will make them more comfortable to qualify.
 
As far as the Pakistan team is concerned, they need to beat England by a big margin and that may not be easily possible. Right now i think New Zealand are the favourite to quailify for the semi finals. They are on a better run rate as compared to Pakistan and a big win against Srilanka will make them more comfortable to qualify.
