Basically, Pakistan's batting is not good enough to win the match, though unfortunately they lost.  If two wickets were not given in the last over, South Africa might have put a little more pressure on the match, but at the last moment, they had to lose the match as Pakistan could not bowl well. And South Africa were under a lot of pressure today as they struggled to match Pakistan. I have also seen this match many times where South Africa played brilliantly and won the match very hard. So far played many matches South Africa lost only one match all the matches got excellent. And South Africa will probably be in the best position in this World Cup and will put up a great fight for the title.

Markram messed up by throwing away his wicket when he was on course for a century, but Maharaj held his nerves till the end brilliantly. What a match!

However, in terms of bowling, Pakistan team bowled well with a strong team like South Africa. I don't think South Africa could have scored 300 plus runs if they had batted earlier in the performance they did against Pakistan today. Because then you can see they had only one wicket left. However, my congratulations to the South African team as they managed to take their position at the top of the points table.

And it is not any different against Pakistan in this match as well. Right now, South Africa needs only 28 runs in 67 balls. That should be really easy for South Africa, considering the fact that they still have six wickets in hand. They also have two set batsmen in the middle. No way south Africa is going to lose this match. And let's be honest that target was really not big enough.

Like the previous matches, in today's match, the performance of Pakistan's batsmen was quite poor. A target of 271 runs was not enough to beat a big team like South Africa. Because South Africa's batting order is very strong in this World Cup. South Africa should have collected at least more than 300. But they failed to do so. And after the fourth defeat in a row, the Pakistan team has no chance of qualifying for the semi-finals. However, in today's match, we have seen a considerable improvement in the performance of the Pakistani bowlers. They bowled well enough. If the target was more than 300 then maybe the team would have been able to win today's match.
However, it is fairly certain that India, South Africa and New Zealand will play in the semi-finals. Australia is likely to finish fourth in the points table. This team is in form now.

Yesterday's match was very interesting. Pakistan's one mistake was that if they could have bowled the full 50 overs in tomorrow's match, Pakistan would have won the match. If Pakistan wins this match, they would have a chance to survive in the next round. For example, in yesterday's match, Pakistan scored 270 runs in 46.4 overs, here if Pakistan could have played the full 50 overs and scored 30 more runs, then South Africa would have been under a lot of pressure. I think with 30 more runs in Pakistan's favor Pakistan would have won today's match very naturally and the dream of survival in the second round would have come true.

We did have a thrilling ending to this match and so far it was the first close finish match in this World Cup. That is a bit strange or the ODI matches no longer seem to be last over thrillers like the T20s.

I am hearing a lot of social media that Pakistan lost this match because the umpire did not give out and therefore DRS review did not go in Pakistan's favor but don't the Pakistan fans realize that Pakistan was losing this match throughout both innings, First, they made only 270 odds runs, then they weren't able to take quick wickets or put any dent on the scoring by South Africa.

Yes, in the last one hour of the game, they dominated the match and now crying over the social media on that decision. Strange.

I was watching YouTube and then suddenly, I saw a piece of news, I didn’t know whether it was fake news or real but when I researched about the news so many people said that it was fake and some said that it is real, so if you have any idea so please tell me. The news is that I heard Abrar Ahmed will come in playing 11 for Pakistan and we see him in playing 11 because Pakistan's spinning attack is not good the captain and coach decided this. Abrar Ahmed is on reserve but now we see him in playing 11.
If you have any idea about it so please share it with me but I guess it is too late for them to make the changes in the team as their chances are almost none now.

Travis Head is going crazy here and he has scored his half century in just 25 balls. This is the fastest 50 of this world cup. David Warner has also scored 65 runs in only 37 balls.
They are going aggressively against New Zealand and have scored 118 runs in the 10 overs without losing any wickets. Trent Boult, Mitchell Santner, Lockie Ferguso and all the bowlers are looking helpless at the moment. If these fireworks does not stop, I am seeing 500 runs today.

Pakistan lost match against South Africa dueto 20 run short in target and Nawaz over. Babar did well to try his fast bowlers and bowl them out. The problem was that in last 80 balls i didn't see a single Yorker. Pakistan boast 150+ speed, and i couldn't knock the tail out by bowling wicket to wicket balls. South Africa on the other hand looks like they mean business this time around, they have chase 271 against Pakistan in a pressure match. Harbhajan's take was retard one. As a neutral spectator, one could be objective or follow the rules. Pakistan didn't lose because 1 decision went against them, they lost because they failed to bat 50 overs. Things could have been different if their tailenders and specialist batters had used their head and batted sensibly.

Ignoring Rassie's dismissal and only focusing on Shamsi's verdict is a coping mechanism just to avoid responsibility and in this case, he just wants some brownie points. Fans do that all the time because they are emotional about their teams and one could hardly blame them but professional cricketers never play that card, unless you are dumb.

I am also against the Umpire's call in general. I've said it earlier if the ball is clipping the stumps or bails then it should be out but atm final verdict depends on only the on-field umpire so no one can do anything about it.
