Let's just admit, Greececoin did not take off as planned. Even even you distribute all your premine to the Greek people, the coins will be worth close to nothing. Country coins are dead.

But you have to admit, without a certain amount of demand, this coin is only going down into its grave.
Yeah , but there is not certain amount of demand now but what if one or two investments come around everything will change!Look at mintpal 1111 votes in a week! I see this happening before and i think it will happen with this coin too! Ummmm... lets do some basic maths children. Mintpal has 6 votes per hour if im not mistaken. What this means is: one person's votes = 6 votes x 24 hours x 7 days = 1008 votes. Now for practical purposes, lets just assume they are normal people with jobs and all... and bring down that value down to be able to vote a little over 8 hours a day. What this essentially means is that just 3 people occasionally voting for a week can get you those precious 1111 votes  (and i'm being extremely conservative here) A full three man army!! |

U did your math and you conclude to pretty obvious answers...my personal opinion is that there are more than 3 ppl voting occasionally, so you have any personal interest in this coin or you are writing in the thread as a hobby? We have 125.000 coins mined 92$ volume a very low price and 1200 votes in Mintpal. Greececoin is still here ! Ppl in Greece wait to see what will happen with the Airdrop and they are applying as we speak for their coins! I think is a very good chance for them to have some Greececoins even if the worth some cents

I was mining this a while ago but quit when I had 24 hours without finding a block, that was a day or two ago. Tried moving an amount of Greececoins between one wallet and another just now, nothing. Doesn't matter what the price is on exchanges right now because the coins aren't going anywhere. It hasn't been dumped and there might still be a chance for this coin to do something... But right now Greececoin is in a coma - with no signs of waking up  |
