Well, this result is in line with the predictions and I'm not surprised the last match looked boring in La Liga. Maybe for Madrid fans this will be a game that is eagerly awaited because it will decide whether to win or not but unfortunately, I personally only believe in the fact that Atletico get an easier opponent then of course it will be easy to win. As I thought if the villareal would not let madrid win their last match, we can see how madrid had difficulty penetrating the villareal defense but actually madrid had many opportunities to score goals but the solidity of the villarreall defense made the efforts of Karim Benzema and friends just useless and damn it  goal from Karem Benzema was annulled by the referee due to being caught offside and this further destroyed Madrid's hopes. Atletico madrid  path to get the title is not easy, they have to fight until the last match to get the La Liga title. Simeone decision to bring in Suarez was very right, Even though Atletico is a team, but Suarez has an important role in the title they have won.
After Atletico managed to secure the La Liga title, automatically Real madrid have won nothing this season (0 title), this kind of thing will be a strong shock in the body of Real Madrid. Haven't always followed him post Liverpool and that super Pichichi season but I totally loved how he hauled Atletico up early season and then shows up to drag them over the finish line in the last two games. They would have not had the title without that goal so he literally, literally, snatched it for them.

I'd say he was brilliant rather than fortunate, Luiz Suarez has given his all every single time he has played for Athletico this season, and that was exactly the same passion with which he played for Barcelona, it's a shame they let him go the way they did, well it is what it is, in football, players change teams and it can either work in their favor or against, in Suarez's case, it was the former.

Actually both won their respective matches but since Atletico were already in comfortable seat with two points gap, they have claimed the 1st position and are the LaLiga winners. Too close for Real Madrid but no doubt that Atletico were the better team this season.

I am waiting for Zidane and his leave rumours. As of now Real Madrid will keep him as manager if he wants to but let's see how discussion goes.
