It went as it should go if we only think about the fact that Atletico had more than ten potential points of advantage in the middle of the championship.

Today I am betting on the victories of both teams from Madrid fighting for the championship. Real is counting that Atletico will lose points in the match against Valladolid. However, I believe that Diego Simeone's team will confidently beat their rivals and win the championship.

Hahaha. Man, this is really a weird start for Atletico and Real both.    But I think they will both turn the game around and win. And Atletico will become the champions at the end. I've missed seeing different champions rather than Barça and Real.

It's a crazy final day! Both Madrid teams a down by a goal each and we're almost at halftime, Atletico are however playing with a very great sense of urgency and they might likely turn things around but Real Madrid are being dominated by Villarreal showing little or no hunger at all, Villarreal could easily have been ahead by 2 or more goals.

The Odds are still in favour of Atletico Madrid, because I'd say it's easier for them to turn things around with the way they're playing at the moment.

A lot of bad decision from Barcelona Board, selling Suarez who scores 20 goals at his worse season to replace him with Greizman who scores 20 goals at his best season i know that Suarez was 33yo when they sold him but now look at what Barcelona will sign instead Aguero who is almost 33 yo injury prone and barely featured in this season.
Im afraid that Barcelona days are gone  i cant see them winning the league next season with this squad, they need major reconstruction of the team, even if if they bring back Guardiola it will take him time to get the team back and not to mention he will have to spend a lot on new players that Barcelona don't have.

That moment when you gave David Villa to ATM and they won the a league title next year and you do the same mistake but worse when giving your best scorer to your enemies for FREE and he scored the winning goal and gave ATM the title again, you know that Barca management is very bad and old.

Actually both won their respective matches but since Atletico were already in comfortable seat with two points gap, they have claimed the 1st position and are the LaLiga winners. Too close for Real Madrid but no doubt that Atletico were the better team this season.
I am waiting for Zidane and his leave rumours. As of now Real Madrid will keep him as manager if he wants to but let's see how discussion goes.

Atletico are the most deserving team because they began very impressively. Despite that in the whole season, there are times they get troubles but they manage to stay in the first position. Barcelona and Real Madrid put pressure on Atletico sometime but they have never taken the first place from Atletico.

This championship ends the 7 years no title for Atletico but it has more value than that. This La Liga Championship marks a first success for the new generation of Atletico players. They have a long term plan with the first brick from Joao Felix 2 seasons ago and this title will be a beginning for their domination in La Liga, I hope so.

Barcelona and Real Madrid will need 2 seasons to come back and Atletico will be able to win in La Liga in coming 2 seasons. If they can keep up what they do in this season and keep improving.

Yes, it just captured the last few weeks of the season perfectly, with every contender stumbling just when they looked to be in a great position.
It would have been fitting if both Atletico and Real lost, and Atletico won the title that way... but I'm glad that Atletico came back to win again, and actually won the championship through being victorious in their final match.

I think that Messi is also happy about Suarez's performance there. Because they were close friends at Barcelona and I guess they still are. If Suarez was at Barcelona this season, then maybe they weren't going to be able to win the title. But he made it under Simeone's great management.

Atletico Madrid did a great job to keep up with there pace and dominance over the league for so long. At some point, they seemed to have been falling out of luck but finally, with Real Madrid and Barcelona on there heels, they knew they had no option than to give it there best and win the trophy because, it was there best chance. Simeone's is a great coach but, he was far too defensive in his game tactics and as such, a Suarez transfer was one of his best decisions this season. Suarez did up the games by being an offensive player in front and did a few dirty works too.

Exactly, they should ask the manager why he decided to do such thing. His years at Barcelona was too productive. One shouldn't even consider selling this kind of a player. Barcelona's attacking line would be much better now if they didn't sell him.
