Real Betis' defeat in the previous week was quite surprising because they actually lost against Celta Vigo. Even though they were able to hold Real Madrid, Real Sociedad and Girona to a draw in several previous matches and this means they have not won again in the last 5 matches. The result of 1 loss and 4 draws meant that they failed to secure a perfect 15 points and could only produce 4 points from the match.

Even so, Real Betis still remains in 7th position, but because they lost so many points, the other teams below them are getting closer to them. Like Getafe, Valencia and Las Palmas are starting to threaten them from behind and I think this will be a bad note if they can't maintain their current position or try to win again in the next match in order to shorten the distance from Real Sociedad.

Real Betis also lost in the Copa del Rey against Deportivo Alaves and that shows they are not in the best of their form.They come here also suffering from the European competitions as they were having difficulties there too.Personally I think they are thinking more about La Liga now trying to fight hard to get back in the difficult fight of getting a good position which will allow them to play in a good European competition next year.That is why most likely they lost in the cup game.

This also included an unexpected defeat, especially against Alaves who were also competing in La Liga, but sometimes the results of matches in the Copa Del Rey are a bit surprising. In the European league, Real Betis was felt to be lacking and they could not continue their journey and had to go down to the conference league to play the playoffs.

I think that is not their priority competition and as we think maybe Real Betis really just wants to improve on their achievements this season in La Liga so they will fight as hard as possible to get their place back into the European league next season. Anyway, speaking calmly, the next Real Betis is Granada and they should be able to win this match without drawing or losing like the previous results.

Because everyone can certainly judge when a weak team is able to break through Barcelona's goal in the Copa Del Rey, so when Barcelona returns to La Liga and the Champions League. I think Barcelona will experience things that are more difficult than what happened in the Copa Del Rey if Barcelona's performance does not improve this month.

yeah of a truth real Madrid performance is exceptional on this league do to how well they were able to perform but although the early time of this season wasn't too good for them because Girona was standing as a barrier to there first position of the table because right from the beginning of this season Girona has been leading and real Madrid on the second position, however real Madrid tried so much to beat Girona but could not but however they manages to beat Girona on the first position of the table, so perhaps I don't think there is any club that can bring real Madrid down from the table because they are very consistent in times of performance.

Real Betis' defeat against Celta Vigo was actually a surprising event, especially when we are considering their previous draws against Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Girona. It is true that they have not won in their last five matches, with one loss and four draws. This has resulted in them only earning four points from those matches, instead of them to earn as many as 15 points in those matches. But to me, real Betis performance is getting down because, since the beginning of this season, which is July, they have already played 34 matches. Out of all these matches, they are just opportune to win only 11 matches, lose 12 matches, and draw 11 matches, which is just a sign of the low performance of the term.
 
Despite this, Real Betis is still in 7th place. However, the teams below them, such as Getafe, Valencia, and Las Palmas, are closing in on them. Barcelona have been inconsistent since the start of the season which I think is caused as a result of the limited number of quality players in the squad. The club was unable to sign big players during last summer and will still be limited to do same this Winter transfer  window because of the current financial crises at the club. But I didn't expect all these to make Barcelona perform like an average team against Barbastro yesterday in their Spanish Copa Dey Rey game.

Xavi Hernandez is one manager that's proven that he is capable of managing an average and and still significantly improve their performance in a short period of time so I don't expect his Barcelona side to be performing poorly in some of the matches they've played this season. The truth is that Xavi Hernandez I don't think is capable of helping the club win either of the Spanish La Liga title or the UEFA champions league trophy but winning the Copa Dey Rey wouldn't be a bad idea and Barcelona must perform better in future fixtures in the Copa Dey Rey to at least end the season with the Copa Dey Rey trophy

I looked at the line-up against and I was really surprised by the players Ancelotti chose for that match. Many people were surprised by Real Betis' performance last week, as they lost to Celta Vigo after previously holding tougher opponents to a draw. Celta Vigo is currently in 17th place and hovering around the relegation zone. Real Betis played well and dominated the game, but they were unable to score more goals that would have given them the victory. Celta Vigo's victory gave them three points and moved them out of the relegation zone, which I hope is not a temporary exit.

In this case I'm talking about their finances of course, like it or not what makes them weak is not having an even squad in some positions and that makes the opposing team able to exploit their weaknesses in those positions.
The 2 goals scored against them were disappointing, although they could have won this match because they scored 3 goals. But this is a serious note for Xavi and his team and must be able to evaluate what happened in this match.

Well, that probably doesn't make sense because the other teams didn't play well, teams like Atletico Madrid should have done a lot better compared to what they have done in the past few matches. You're right. Barcelona looks in the bad financial stability, they should buy any new players. If they want to sign new players, they must be ready to sell some players. Barcelona needs to get fresh money by selling players during this January transfer window. But I doubt if Xavi wants to sell his players, they prefer to keep the existing players.

What's up with the news of Kylian Mbappe finally accepting having agreements with Real Madrid already? I see it hasn't been posted by  Fabrizio Romano so I'm yet to make my finally conclusion.

It is an old news that Mbappe got a personal agreement with Real Madrid management. But I don't know whether it is valid news or just a rumor.
Well, Fabrizio Romano only posted the news when it is clear already. If he still didn't post it, it means there is no clear new yet. Anyway, I really hope Mbappe will come to Real Madrid soon.
