I don't think Ancelotti would lose both of them which would be really bad for his future in this team as well. I know he has just extended his contract but the patience level of the board would be lower next season. 

But I don't expect Barcelona to just close a gap of eight points with them. It would be a big surprise. The season will probably end worse for them compared to Real Madrid. In this case I don't think Xavi would change his mind about leaving by the end of the season.
