It's just funny how he make this thread and the signature campaign mess due to his problem, after it's already resolved, he didn't confirm and thankfully to Roobet since they're hear his demand to complete it before the next 4 hours, if not he will committing suicide.

The drama already ended and everyone are correct saying Roobet wouldn't scam their gamblers.

They just make account whenever there is such issues and when it's resolved only few of them update and thanks the team and community for the support and resolving the issue while others maintain the silent bars.I already knew they would never do such things because if they can give away so much in promotion, giveaway and contest would they be blocking his small amount of funds? But it's good if it's resolved.

That's what almost casinos in this forum did, of course why the team need to ask the KYC of an account who lose? they wouldn't withdraw their money. The reason why the team ask the KYC is to prove if the account is controlled by a different person, who knows there's a limitation for gamblers who very lucky, after that he will create alt account in order to avoid this limitation.

But the fact that he talked about suicide and that he urgently needed the money to pay his bills so this is a sign that if he keeps playing and he loses he will commit suicide. i hope he urgently stop playing

He should use money from the casino to pay his bills is a sign if he have a poor money management, maybe he use 50% of his income to gamble.

They won't ban him since they would lose a customer. Instead, he should take advantage of self-exclusion protocols in order to control his gambling addiction.

Agreed. This is a major issue with many crypto casinos. Some of them use this tactic in order to stall expecting the gambler to utilise and lose some of his/her winnings which is a cheap tactic, but it does work now and then.

For a company or casino which do spent up thousands of dollars per week on their marketing  then its really hard to believe that they would really be not able to pay some winnings or hold up some withdrawal
with those sheer amounts.There might be some delays or something but it wont be directly be talking about scamming attempt or behavior.Cant really just believe that Roobet would really be doing
something like this and since its been resolved then that complainant should really be minding on closing up the thread so that everything would be cleared and wont really be
creating some bad impression towards the site.

How is that obvious? You generalize and draw a conclusion based on your experience at one casino that the same rules apply at all casinos. That doesn't have to be true. What has been obvious so far is that each gambling provider has its own approach to AML regulations and implements its own KYC procedures. While some allow withdrawal without in-depth KYC verification up to certain amounts, others will request the same on the first withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Also, there are those who claim to conduct KYC verification by random selection (although I personally don't think this is true).

Reducing the limit is still possible though not all site will implement this one since KYC doesn't asked for any proof of income and I've been dealing with some site already with KYC so far they didn't reduce my limit. If you're into Roobet, you can just ask their support for the reason and if you are betting big maybe you can also request for the limit increase, KYC is a thing now almost the top site are already asking for this, regulations push them to ask  KYC.

There are many such cases where gamblers don't wait long enough and open up scam accusations thread against the casino but they need to realise that if the team has contacted them and there's some technical issues then legit casinos like Roobet would refund the money as we have seen earlier also.So he also need to give heads up for this and update his post.

It's great that the issue about his account has been resolved by Roobet team.
Now since it has already been resolved, I don't think the user care much of editing/updating posts that might threaten Roobet's reputation (somehow). The user has not even been active for 2 days since the first of September, the time that the issue has been sort out. I think he doesn't care anymore as he already received his money. I can understand him since he only joined the forum for that sole reason.

I am assuming that it was only updated today, first of September 2022 since his last post referring the company that he is being scammed was August 31.
It will be nice if he will make another post to that of his thread that the case has already been resolved, but we can't make him do it if he do not want.

For sure it was updated on Sept 1, the same date you asked when it was updated and marked resolved. Hovering the mouse on the dotted line under the date will show when the post is edited.



That guy is indeed impatient.  The worst is that he is threatening Roobet to kill himself and put the blame on the casino.  This kind of player should be outright banned from the casino because it would do no good and only put the casino in trouble if the same thing happens again even no matter who is at fault the next time.

I dont think Roobet will ask for another level verification (and that is submitting documents for level 2) aside from the mandatory level 1 kyc. Unless if your account is suspicious or you exceeds the limit that need an additional identity verification. But if we're just an average gamblers, I dont think they will ask us for further verification. But as you have said gamblers who are not comfortable in kyc thing can always switch to other casino that dont require kyc. We have an option.

Yes its not really that necessary on making up discussion in related with KYC because if ever they would intend to add up further verification then pretty sure they would make out some announcement

Whenever someone talks about "enough with KYC talk" that always scares me. That means you accept the decision and want to move on and thats not how you show your discontent with the situation at hand. I dislike the fact, and I keep on warning Roobet to not go along with this for a long time. I mean if they ask for more and more in the future, we should be here to stop that from happening. If we all rolled over and accepted level 1, then they would have asked for level 2, but many people left and many stayed but complained, so maybe that is the reason level 2 is not mandatory, maybe its not, but you never know. Hence, complaining about part of Roobet is not a trouble if you ask me, it should be done constantly to keep them in check.
