Overcompensation from the manufacturer is the easy way out for the bottom up scenario.

Wtf are you talking about wh00per … what overcompensation ?

There are always guys who push the envelope. Here's the last one. (Should I quote RawDog too, with his post just above?)

I know that if you don't ask .. you don't get, and that's unfortunately the North American culture to be taken into account when one is selling something here.
SP-T will deal with their problems coming from it as they see fit .. it's their business ..

Aug group buy participant with order number 11xx and havent received email notification of shipping yet.  will post once i receive shipping notification.

I am in exactly the same position, which makes me wonder to when exactly it would occur since two out of five working days of this week (in Israel) has already passed.
No word on compensation either.

Don't waste time wondering about this.  Guy said it would be this week.

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice, ...   - well you get it.  If you believed them saying: "it'd ship by August", its your own damn fault.

The first GB units will be shipped tomorrow.
The owners will get a tracking number and AWB by email either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning Israel time.
All the GB units will be shipped before the end of the week.

Even with the current spec, the units are a great value for $, especially at the GB price point after applying the compensation.
I know that you've been waiting patiently from April and I appreciate it. If you feel unhappy with your purchase, please contact sales@ immediately for a full refund.

Our main focus right now is to make sure all units are shipped in time and that each and everyone is contacted regarding the compensation preferences.
I'll be away from the thread for a few days, but you can still contact me in a PM. Please allow a few days to reply.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the SP30 very much.

My SP10 in Spoondolies hosting is down.

I've already mailed Katya (cc support) 6 hours ago, but no response. How can I reach the staff in the DC?

Emailing Katya is enough, she will forward. Due to the SP30s shipping, the staff won't be available until tomorrow around noon.
We'll compensate you for the down time.

Could someone help me with selecting appropriate mounting ears, please?
Some ebay or amazon link please?

Also, as we know the units are stackable and have great airflow but I am still a bit a concerned about extra heat coming up from the unit below to the unit stack on top of it. Do you know how good the heat insulation is?
If the top surface gets too hot I could try to mount them in such way that there would be a bit af space between the units so they are not directly stack ip on each other.

Aww, Stress - you make me seem like some kind of fraud!  That sucks.

I guess there will be no problem then for Spondoolies to give back all the money I paid - right?

0.69*4500=3105

4500-3105= $1390

Is $1390 correct?
