Yes, nba is going to return on july 30 after a break time of almost 5 months. Other sports leagues should also resume their activities soon if they aren't already doing this. Of course fans can't reach close to athletes, aglomeration won't be allowed and the athletes will have to follow new rules because coronavirus.
But for gamblers who were worried about their games it's already good news.

In America and on different other countries the same practice is being continued. The games are conducted without reschedule, but none were allowed to watch it live. Recently football league took place in the similar manner without a single audience.

In terms of number almost 80% of the games were rescheduled without any date being fixed. Based on this, it is true that sports gambling and associated networks have lost huge revenue.

The government, which has the sports event show, will guard the event and ensure that everything set properly before the event starts. They will cooperate with the staff event and will check every people who are in the stadium because that will prioritize for now. If the event doesn't have the audience, that doesn't mean their job will easy because they need to take care of the player, the staff, and in the field, including the other rooms. If it's necessary, they will use disinfectant before and after the event.

So it's better to take more precautionary measures or postponed the events so we can help to minimize cases per day.
