FaZe were heavily the favourite team of the series against Astralis and they already won the first map. They are likely to close up the series by a 2-0 win also. Astralis' being the 4th in the world ranking shouldn't mislead people because their recent performance has dropped a little. Maybe OG defeated Astralis and FaZe both but Astralis are still not playing better than FaZe as a team.
For the remaining matches of the day NIP @1.99 and Vitality @1.63 can be nice choices. NIP might seem a little riskier but I don't see Heroic playing better than them recently. It might be time for NIP to step up.
Astralis' Prime time was in 2017-18, they had an amazing roster and especially Device was doing wonders back then. There isn't much left of that squad anymore. They don't have the overwhelming power they used to in these tournaments. The other matches of the day are NIP vs Heroic, followed by G2 and Vitality. In the G2- Vitality match, my favorite is Vitality like other bookies. The biggest reason for this is the new IGL signings Hooxi is having a really unproductive tournament and it is affecting team deeply. For the Heroic vs NIP match, Heroic seems closer to me to place a bet. NIP just won over Heroic very closely 16-14 at map1, Inferno. That's NIP map pick but the result 16-14 shows Heroic was prepared to counter NIP's strats. And they almost got it, almost. The next match is Mirage which is Heroic map pick. Expect Heroic to fight with everything they have in map2 to drag out over map3 since this is one of the spots left to Blast Premier Fall Final which will be held in November. Then the match between G2 and Vitality will see who's gonna take the final slot of this event. Tho, it isn't over for teams like Astralis, NIP/Heroic, and G2/Vitality cause they can still fight over 2 slots left in the Blast Premier Fall Showdown which will be held in October.

This is how s1mple thinks about headtr1ck's being chosen for his place in his absence. B1ad3 wasn't satisfied with headtr1ck's performance against tier one teams maybe but s1mple seems contented with his effort. He thinks that it is good to give chances to players who are playing at junior teams too. I also believe that it is important for this kind of players to gain some experience by playing in some tournaments with the main team. At least they can give opportunities for the most skilled ones. And I believe NAVI may be the best team that are caring about their junior players. For example m0nesy has grown from their junior team and he is a huge talent playing for G2 now. He has an enormous potential to become the best ever AWP player in the future.

I like it as well after their result in the upper bracket the odds should be the other way around.
This one ended up losing though. I mean OG is pretty good but the new Team Secret was pretty much on par with them so it should have been over 2.5 maps but oh well I guess they are on steroids or something. OG even beat Aster 3 maps in a row despite that Aster is a pretty good team that have done well in the group stage
Nothing much left for dota2 esports though, next one would be TI regional qualifier

ATF = ATM? Hahaha. OG only proves they are better on this tournament. They manage to address all there errors during Arlington Major and completely analyze Aster strategy on this tournament. This is the weakness of Chinese team. They are using a same pattern in every and they are very good on being consistent but they always once the enemy already read there movements because they don’t have any backup plan when everything is not according to there plan. Look how Ori initiates clash when they are not the one controlling the game. They are also so stubborn to adjust on their drafts. They know that Ammar was owning with Mars but they still won't ban it or steal it from him. They did it in game 3 but it was too late. They are already down 2-0 and you cannot stop OG when they have the momentum. In the end they were out-drafted and outplayed. Not the game you want to see in the finals from the top seed. Nothing much left for dota2 esports though, next one would be TI regional qualifier
Just the regional qualifiers in September before TI in October. Maybe I'll switch to watch CS:GO or LOL for a while.

And that was it the game between Gen.G and T1 ended, with Gen.G taking that victory on League of Legends Champions Korea 2022 and here is the result for my pick
Gen.G VS T1 PICK LOST MAP CORRECT SCORE (2 - 3) - LOST
Well, I really didn't expect that to happen but it is no doubt that Gen.G really is an awesome team and after the game, in an interview, Gen.G Wolf, Bang, Khan, and Nuclear predicted who's going to win and they have said that whoever wins on game 1 it will likely to be a momentum to really win and Gen.G with a 3 - 0 will be the result and the coach of Gen.G aswell have said that they will win this by 3 - 0 and so it really does, Gen.G has won the 1st game and they have kept this pace and got the momentum on the 2 next maps, Ruler really did a great job in making those basly needed kills and go to victory, the Gen.G has confident that they will win the game and they really did, so I have no doubt that they can do it again next time,

Liquid coming at BLAST Premier Fall too strong bro. They beat G2, beat Complexity, 2-0 swiftly to NIP and Heroic, only lose to Navi. I think they're very close to the peak of this lineup. NA CS scene seems like in the age of revival. First, it was Furia and now Liquid is back to their form of tier 1 team. The match between Navi and Vitality just ended in 2-0 for Navi. Liquid, Navi, and OG took the prize of 1-3 spots for the BLAST Premier Fall Final. Tomorrow, we'll see 3 more spots to reveal as teams compete for it. For NIP and Heroic, I also think NIP has a better chance to win here. Heroic's performance for this tournament is kinda off.
Liquid have already entered among tier 1 teams by having a place in top 10. Liquid's incredible climb to this level since the beginning of the year has been like a dream. They have the ESL Pro League and RMR qualifiers ahead and being successful in these tournaments can carry them even to upper positions in the ranking. We didn't get wrong about NIP by the way. They really made it after 3 maps were played. On Overpass, sjuush and stavn had really poor performances and this was one of the factors Heroic couldn't fight back against NIP much for winning the series. Heroic joined BIG and Astralis in Blast Premier Fall Showdown to have one last opportunity for Fall Final.

Surprised Liquid are doing so well, the newer additions to the team must be helping alot to bring them together again.
G2 very nearly wiped out Vitality in 2 maps after an epic come back on Dust2. Since the odds are well over 2x for a win on Mirage for them and both of these teams are not well rated on Mirage, I think anything can happen and I'll take the bet for an upset. Niko or Monsey is enough to win but they are all doing good work. Last matchup they did get wrecked by Vitality on Inferno and Vertigo so the biased odds are justified I guess. However more relevant might be 14:16 vs Navi a week ago on Mirage, the 3rd map now

I respect Chinese teams and I'm a fan of them because of their discipline. Each of them has their own discipline and love for the game but OG picks, tells, and plays it differently. They really are like kryptonite for the Chinese teams. Thanks to the people behind it, Ceb and N0tail, they really are helping this complete set of their roster with a bang despite Misha isn't there and having played only with a stand-in, Chu.

G2 has so much better value than picking Vitality here. That monesy+jks clutch probably shattered their confidence, imagine losing to a no armor glock players with all rifles & utility lmao They have fatal flaws and G2 should keep the pressure on to bring it to the finish line. They will be prone to making more similar mistakes under pressure. G2 just won their first buy round of the second half, giving them one round lead. Lets gooooo G2!

I'd call OG a top 5 team but their strats are too individual reliant and very pub like while team like LGD, Spirit and even Aster are more team fight oriented. I think Aster would've won a couple of games but a couple of players misplayed a couple of times while OG brought their A game. OG can still obviously improve but I think they only won the tournament because LGD and Spirit werent present. Won't take anything away from the very entertaining matches we got to witness though.

I wasn't able to watch the Blast series but this crazy clutch from broky was amazing to watch. Then on the side of Astralis even though they lost against Faze, they finally qualified for the EU RMR in the 4th open qualifier. Aside from OG, the sweeps yesterday are so unexpected as well coming from Gen.G and TES as I thought both series would go 3-1 given the history of these teams.

You could have not gotten a better stand in than that. It would be different in TI. It is a tougher competition with LGD and Team Spirit going in the mix. But I think they are ready to rumble with the top dogs in DOTA.

Broky's 4v1 clutch was incredible. He is a really talented awper and I can say that faze is starting 1-0 ahead because they have him. On the other hand, g2 managed to defeat vitality in the French derby. Niko and his team beat vitality with a really good game. For now, hooxi and jks transfer seems to have shown itself slowly.

Plays in TI really are different and they become more serious and outstanding teams are coming out in that tournaments. Preparations are different and it's more of a mental battle and toughness aside from being good in the game. OG is a master in breaking down the mentality of their opponents but the other teams have learned how to do it as well.

Chu is already the coach of OG; I do not think he will play anywhere else. And if Misha continues to have visa problems, he might be the one to stand in again. They already have a good team and good camaraderie. OG is a master in breaking down the mentality of their opponents but the other teams have learned how to do it as well.
I think European teams already know how to break down Chinese team as displayed by Team Spirit in Arlington and OG in the recent ESL ONE Malaysia. Especially in a Best of 5, Chinese teams seems to crumble to EU teams.

I really have thought that n0tail was still the working coach. Yeah right, this is better. They've got Chu as their coach and can also play stand-in. I wish to see Misha go back, he's also good. Well, they're doing that because no doubt Chinese teams really are good and they have seen the weak spot of theirs.

As I mentioned earlier, I thought G2 wouldn't have much of a chance against Vitality, but they surprised me. If only the scores on the results of the maps were soon. I can say that Hooxie played a little more error-free in this match and he made the team play well.. I had the chance to watch the Vertigo map, and the inexperience of the first days of Mirage seemed to be slowly disappearing. M0nesy and Niko do their best to win the matches, sometimes they lose even in the matches they carry very well, but they provide a good motivation, both of course, not to forget Hunter.

I'm really speechless at the moment. I never expected Vitality to stay this much weak against G2. While saying weak, I mean that their nearly losing the series by the second map was a sign of weakness. And on last map, Vitality had big difficulties. Mirage is more like a CT-sided map as you know but Vitality played the CT-side really poorly which made things harder for them to make a comeback. If they were able to win the 29th round G2 were going to stay eco or half-buy maybe and they would have one last chance by OT.
After seeing HooXi's clutch and jks' improved performance I was already afraid of Vitality to lose the series. Spinx was really inadequate on Mirage and this hurt the team quite much too. Vitality still have a chance for Fall Final stage maybe but they just made things more difficult for themselves when they could have won right here.

Exactly, PSG.LGD is always weak on best of 5 matches even before. They always losing there shit after dominating the upper bracket and rematch in the finals of the tournament. I think LGD can’t even beat Team Spirit in Riyadh Master if it’s a best of 5 games because they don’t have capability to close a pong series since they are just using same strategy the whole tournament which makes them vulnerable whenever the enemy team already figured to counter them by just watching on the match that they got lose on that particular tournament. This issue is same goes to Aster which has same weakness.

So just at the end of this week, TI's last regional qualifiers will already start to kick in South America and eastern Europe. This is going to be very tough and exciting as every team will give their last hurrahs in order to enter TI Singapore. Infamous will be favorites to win in South America but it'll be hell in eastern Europe as Outsiders, Betboom, and Navi are great teams too. I'm also hoping that T1 together with Ana and Topson are the ones to qualify in SEA.
With regards to TI. My top 3 picks are Team Spirit, OG, and LGD.
