ESL Challenger Rotterdam can be a nice tournament to enjoy right before the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown.

MOUZ are the best placed teams in the rankings among the participants now. However they are quite an unbalanced team recently. ENCE and Eternal Fire both can beat them for example. It is dependent on how much MOUZ will care about this tournament also. Actually this tournament is important for all teams. Because the winner takes $50k + ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference ticket. The prize pool is $100k so it might be counted as a mid-level tournament.

Eternal Fire were impressive in the qualifier of this one. They won the qualifier and came here. But I don't feel like they can win the main tournament as well. Because things are shaky in the team recently.

Much respect for Puppey and for both teams, VP and Team Secret, one more step away and we'll see who'll be the first to step to the main event.

If I could choose a team to win and qualified for TI without looking at their performances or whatsoever, I'll take VP though. These guys have had alot of misfortune this year due to Russia's politics. They were disqualified from some tournaments and wasnt able to earn enough DPC points, had to drop of their main players from roster due to the politic issue as well though

These guy totally play good as well and totally deserved that 1 spot to TI

And the same goes for the LCQ and they're just one victory away to secure that slot and then they fell short. This is a very tough situation for the players when they're too close but became that far.

VP and Team Secret got two chances to get the slot. Whoever wins first tomorrow will go happily to the TI11. Chance of Team Secret getting that secured slot is very high. Even though sometimes, I'm not impressed with how things go at their early games, still, they're proving to themselves that they're determined to win as soon as they've got the momentum. They're not letting it go and that's showing how much Puppey still got that prowess and understands the game. Much respect for Puppey and for both teams, VP and Team Secret, one more step away and we'll see who'll be the first to step to the main event.

I sometimes think it's the 'Puppey effect.' Dude has this "fuck around and find out" aura in him that if you made one mistake, you have to make sure that you'll make it up in the next few minutes else something will happen very bad to you But yeah, I think it's that this team easily recognizes what they are doing wrong and they are quick to correct it, either by slowing things down or rushing the enemy by invading their jungle and just doing their thing. Puppey is a genius when it comes to drafts and timings. They certainly have the potential to win TI but it will depend on how well they would be able to handle stress and fatigue.

Yup, that's the effect of Puppey and we know what type of captain he is. And that made the team good for having much respect for him and if it's correct, he's the remaining oldies that have attended all of the TIs out there, he's got the most attendance and participation.

Both teams from WEU region ended up securing the last two spots to TI, totally cant wait for the official games to start though. After the Match of T1 against the team VG the community of the dota 2 right now is on fire because of the trash-talk again by the member of VG.Erika as Bye bye kuku which is triggered a lot of people even though it is just a part of the game and of course being professional kuku takes this as a joke and make a post of out that let the liquid to take a revenge to him and by that the meme again rise up again right now there's a match between the VP and they are already out in the game of Ti11.

Kuku said GL, in which Erika said bye bye. That is not trash talk to me. That is just saying goodbye. They are eliminated, what else to say?

If Kuku is offended by that, I do not think he deserves to be in SEA. What seems to be a trashtalk in other server is just like a greeting to us in SEA server. You cannot survive in SEA if you are onion skinned.


The Last Chance Qualifier is finally over. As predicted, Team Secret and Team Liquid got the final seat for TI 2022. W Europe dominated the other regions and secured their seat in the most convincing fashion possible.

The bracketing for the Group stage is not yet out. We have to wait which teams Secret and Liquid will be with. Are we going to witness a Cinderella story here in TI 2022? Will team Secret be good enough to snatch the Championship from heavily favored teams?

I think it's a trashalk for me but Kuku will not be butthurt given because he once been viral because of his trashtalk before and have an issue with chinese dota players. Kuku was trashtalked by a chinese pro player now and I don't think that kuku will fight back given that this will extend his bad image to the chinese dota players. I'm playing on SEA since I started playing dota2 and you are a lucky one when you don't have any toxic player the current match you are playing. Kuku is used to it and I don't think that he will sacrifice his current reputation.

Team Secret is of course a TI team but probably not a TI winner team, not even a TI finalist team. So it's not surprising if they wouldn't reach the finals once again this time around.

LGD of course has always been a strong contender for the Aegis for the past recent TIs. If not a finalist, they are settling for the third spot. If Team Secret would be matched against LGD in the early elimination rounds, Team Secret would probably fall to the lower bracket early in the event.

Anyways, I lost most of my bets in this Last Qualifier. I was rooting for VP and T1 as well, but it is what it is. I can't wait for TI to finally begin. And hopefully, I can recover my DOTA 2 losses this year.

I also want to see Ame win that TI belt. I guess I'm now an all in fan of LGD. They've been always good at the bracket and group stages and always ends up at the upper bracket.

And at least before faith bian goes into retirement, he's got two TI championships together with 'y since Wings gaming.

But anyway, since this is TI, I'd say that let's consider that all teams are strong and can upset each other.

Team Secret is Team Secret and will always be part of those strong top teams. But, over the course of Puppey being in this team, it was the early years that they've been always counted by most and speculated to win the TI title. And as the years pass by, it seems that the team remains to be a top team but not a TI champ-caliber team. Anyway, we'll see how they will be performing since the group teams have been out already and it's going to be a clash again which we've been waiting for.

No hate for T1 but man, their drafts are really weird and kuku on the offlane is literally 0 impact on all of the 3 games against VG.

I don't understand them, they have their coach and added an analyst which made things confusing for them. I like them when there's no analyst as they can play their own heroes freely and whatever the players would suggest. For me, on the 3rd game, he's able to do his job of giving some hard time to morphling but their picks are still crazy. I don't understand why they've got shit picks and they could have picked better. Well, I won't be surprised if after this TI, T1 will announce that they've now parted ways with kuku, xepher and whitemon. These three should just better build their team without any sponsor but well, since it's their bread and butter, it's a must for them.

Those weird picks worked miracles yesterday though, it just did not work today. And when you see Topson, not in the top 4 of the net worth, you already know the team will lose. The supports just do not enable him whenever he is out laned in the laning phase. Unlike when they are in OG, whenever Topson had a bad start, supports will enable him so he can catch up in level and net worth. Xepher and Whitemon is good but they cannot create space for Topson if he had a bad start. And sometimes, Kuku is a dead weight too. 

I don't feel the typical Topson and Ana there. And they're just like a free giveaway on the LCQ to be honest. That wasn't the expected performance from T1. Well, moving on, they can try again next time/season and there's no more part time million job for ana as he needs to wait again for the next season. I'm guessing that after this fall that these had experienced, they might take the rest again and probably will announce a surprising retirement.

This is the powerhouse groups IMO. We will see a lot of crazy fights and a lot of good Dota on the first day just because of this. I'm expecting a lot from Betboom and PSG. I just miss their synchronized team fights and how well they divide and conquer the map. For OG, I'm just waiting for Ammar's antics and how playful he can be even while their enemy team is taking the lead. Whoever arranged this groups must be thanked to the bits for a good opening to TI11.

I wanted to make a betslip of ESL Challenger Rotterdam matches and prepared this one:

Eternal Fire win (1.57)
Outsiders to win first map (1.34)
MOUZ to win round 16 on first map (1.54)

The third one is pretty risky actually but I wanted to take that risk for increasing the total odd to 3.24. I hope MOUZ win the pistol round in the second half.    I believe in Eternal Fire to win against Movistar Riders. They did this in the RMR easily. Movistar Riders are not even close to their old shape since they lost SunPayus especially. Outsiders have a comfortable matchup against Fluxo. Fluxo haven't faced a big opponent like Outsiders for a long time. I don't think they can surprise us by a win.

By the way these matches are BO1 in fact but there are some options like "first map" among betting options and it helps me increase the odd by that. It seems better to continue with those options in this case.

Movistar actually rank over Eternal Fire but I tend to agree they have been off their game recently and cant really bet with them until either they come back to full strength or become unpopular/lower rank again.

Dont like them listing academy type games exactly alongside the main teams, makes its harder to sort through.  Dont have any problem with the junior teams but results arent consistent enough and same with bo1, I think my bets and weighting shifts to the higher odds as anything can happen so might as well take the higher odds with it.  I would like to filter out both junior and bo1 personally as not full type betting opportunities.

I'll take pain + imperial as a multibet.   The prior game between the two btw was actually very close.

You should never forget the defending champion. They are still complete so you can expect the same intensity coming from them. Team Spirit will still give the teams that you mentioned a good fight.

Currently, the prize pool is still sitting at USD15 Million. Though a lot smaller than last year, it is still very lucrative compared to other e-sports. Last year was the biggest prize pool. That could have been because we did not have a TI before that, and players are excited. And this year, they split the battle pass and plan to release the second half later. I do not know if DOTA fans are upset or they are saving up for the second battle pass, but it did affect the prize pool for this year.
