Poloniex might be an idea. ill PM him.

Update: Just PM'd busoni
I sent him a mail today (but it's sunday), to bring his attention on Groestl.

But the more we are... without flooding.

Groestlcoin has much more BTC volume per day than many of the coins listed on poloniex, i don't understand why we are not already on it.

Reinstated the faucet for GRS at http://cryptocoinfaucet.appspot.com/?id=GRS there's lot of interest on the coin there and people keep hitting the faucet, but it is still dry. So if anyone can help there, the faucet drips Random * 0.01 (so for each coin there's min 100 drips) rate limited to 1/2 hour per drip per IP address.

Also, the site cross-promotes coins effectively, that's a nice side-effect Smiley

I have donated 50 GRS to the faucet, should be good for awhile now.

I have also been trying to vote as often as possible on Mintpal. Even if there's almost no chance it will lead to us being listed, it might make others take pause when they browse through the vote list and see, out of nowhere, GroestlCoin in the upper rungs of the list. I have to say that GRS is shooting up through the ranks compared to many coins that are sitting ducks on there!

There's no doubt in my mind that Poloniex will add GRS at some point, though we might make the biggest splash if it happens just after CoinMarketCap listing, which should hopefully be soon. Ideally it'd be nice for visible development to be going on when the community at large takes notice, be it gruve_p or a team he has given his blessing to. We seriously need to fine-tune the website & either update the OP of this thread or create a new thread.

I'm surprised this coin hasn't caught on more.  Everyone scared of the ASIC monsters coming to eat up the profitability of their GPUs loves new algos, heat and power use is low, and GPU mining is only like 5-10x more efficient than CPU.

I think the marketing on this coin is just shit.

First off, the name is god awful, no one knows how to say it or spell it.  Just because it is the name of the algo doesn't mean it has to be the name of the coin.  Look at Skeincoin.  Seems like a solid coin and algo, name is shit, no one wants to touch it right outta the gate.

Secondly, no one is playing up the fact that GPU mining is only 5-10x more efficient that a CPU.  This may not seem like a great thing at first, but gives a perfect way to market itself to miners.  "CPU/GPU miners united together, against the ASIC hordes!"

Now I hate this cliche and I never use it myself, but seriously, the devs have got to be autistic.

You have these really cool aspects of the coin, yet you are promoting it with a link to the Grosestl whitepaper?  NO ONE IS GONNA READ THE FUCKING WHITE PAPER!

Seriously devs, make a new thread, stick my slogan about CPU/GPU miners united against ASIC in the title, and BOOM, interest in the coin rises 10x overnight.

Your welcome.
nice posting quoted it on our forum as argument why we could instead of choose x11 turn towards groestl algo for diamond asic resistent patch
