In any other situation I would definitely agree with you that Ramos would want to take over the defense and be the leader there, however since he was basically let go from Real Madrid, dude must have realized a bit time ago that he is not the great player that he used to be and he is way older. This is why even Messi was let go from his team, if Messi can be sent away, Ramos has no value at all right now.

I am not saying he is not a good player, of course he is a good player and of course he deserves to play, but if he acts as if he is the leader and disturbs people, then I have to say he is also not inexpendable neither, he would be basically fired mid-season for not being a team player.
