In the current matches, Lens is beating Bordeaux 2-0. As the first half ended, goals came from Kakuta and Medina.  Statistically, Lens plays much better than Bordeaux. Reims is up 1-0 against Rennes. Brest - Angers match continues to draw 0-0. Paris SG continues without losing. They continues to lead the leaderboard. It looks like this year will be the year of Paris SG.

PSG had an easy winning against Clermont. Even without their top players, they still won with a clean sheet. I think they will win the Ligue 1 title this season, because they have a strong squad, and also an amazing style of playing. While Bordeaux  equalize their match against Lens in the second half, but Len was fortunate enough to get a penalty kick towards the end of the match, which they eventually scored. Ending the match with 2-3 victory to Lens. Also, Reims was strong enough to win against Rennes in an away match. Although, Rennes dominated the match with 64% ball possession, but wasn't able to score any goal.

As far as I thought, PSG will form a team by mixing their key players and substitute players in Ligue 1 matches. And will leave their key players for the Champions League. They will do this because they perform in Ligue 1 matches so that no important player gets injured. Neymar missed many important matches last season due to injury. PSG will not take any risk this season.

All lines have become player stability for PSG, whatever the coach needs, of course there are backup players who are ready and this can also be categorized as a core player because we know how strong the PSG squad is, so for the toughest opponent in the league, maybe Marseille but yeah this will not be deterred by other opponents.

You know what is the weirdest thing about PSG right now? They had so many missing players and they still managed to win very very easily, like it was some friendly game against a much lower division team, like it was a training game. However even with everyone coming, even Donnaruma at GK, even Ramos playing, even with Neymar-Messi-Mbappe trio at the front, they may not end up winning UCL. So, the difference between the difficulty of Ligue one and the difficulty of UCL is staggering, it is insane.

You could be a much worse team and still win Ligue one, whereas you could be 10x better team and still fail at UCL, shows the true strength of UCL honestly. However if they keep this up, there is a good chance they could win UCL as well, they are playing a very good way of football, their strategy seems to be working great for them and honestly adding better players to this will make it even better.

Mbappe is a lively player and quite fast, but I don't like his selfish attitude that only wants to score goals for himself. It looks like he really wants to achieve individual achievements this season by being nominated as the world's best player. Actually it's good for him but PSG is not just himself and this is a team.

It is good to see that Lyon have started to pull themselves together by defeating Strasbourg by 3-1 also. They have a 2-win streak now and they are at the 7th place with 8 points. However, I can't say the same thing for Monaco I'm afraid. Because they are still struggling to win a lot. The last time, they were defeated by Marseille 2-0 home. Marseille started the season really strong and didn't miss the chance as Monaco were out-of-form. Monaco actually won their last game before this one but still they are having big problems.

Monaco and Lille's performances have been disappointing this season. They look like a very weak team. Lille, the team that won the title last season, is now 12th in the points table. However, Marseille is performing well enough. They have scored 10 points in 4 matches. Lyon did not play well in the first 3 matches but now they are able to show a stable performance. However, the new team Clermont Foot is playing very well. I really like their performance in all the matches except the match against PSG.

At least Ligue 1 had a different winner last season, surely PSG is back again and they are playing with vengeance this time around so I do not think that any other team have any chance at all this season but it is PSG so we all expected them to come back stronger.

However Bundesliga is not like that at all, they haven't had any new champions in a long time and I do not see them having one this season neither. Whenever one team keeps becoming a champion in a league, I believe that drops the strength of that league, it is never really entertaining to have the same champions over and over again, honestly breaks all the entertainment in that league for me. Whenever there is a new one, it is even better, Lille winning here last year, ATM winning over Barca and Madrid last year, all those unexpected results makes things a lot more fun if you ask me.

I agree with you, Lille is currently encountering a big failure at the beginning of this season. Bookmakers don't even trust in their ability to win against small teams. Lille will meet RC Lens next saturday and they are the underdogs of the match. That's unbelievable.

Nice are having a completely different season so far. They have had a far better start comparing to the last season. They don't have any loss and won three of their four matches. Lyon also started recovering after beating Strasbourg 3-1 also. But I will not be able to use the similar words for Monaco I'm afraid. They are just lost now. Last season Lille winning the league was not something people expected neither, and they somehow did manage to do that which was awesome but unexpected even last season, check the early game odds for Lille and that wasn't great neither last year, eventually they got better odds. However, if you check the transfers this season, according to transfermarkt the value of the players that left was 74 million euro, whereas the ones that came in had 30, that is 40+ million euro difference in player value compared to last season. That should be a good enough reason to drop in talent and success as well.

I am not saying that they will keep on being bad, but I do understand the logic of them not getting the attention they were getting last season. This year it is all about PSG once again and how they built a team that is unbelievable.

There have been several French teams this season taking part in the Champions League and Europa League and it is always a good display for their football.

To win the title, I don't think any French team will reach the final of the Europa league this season. PSG also will not necessarily qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League considering they have to adapt to their new superstar "Messi" who does not seem to have shown his best performance in the last 2 match. If Pochettino manages to make the attacking trio play well, maybe this team will go even faster all the way to the final. But I have not seen them perfect even though they have won the last 5 match in Ligue 1.
